Blanka

Blanka is an Indian A-rank Blessing Type Awakened who leaves Vishnu Guild to support Kang Woojin's dimensional expeditions. His Buffs, recovery magic, healing, and Detection make him a versatile support specialist. After training on Jaku, he is assigned to Alandal's Rescue and Phantom units and eventually serves as a unit commander in operations on Alphen and the defense of Kang Sooah. Biography

Recruitment into the Phantom Unit

Blanka first joins Woojin's dungeon party as a representative of Vishnu Guild, hoping to observe Woojin's clearing method and contribute his support magic. Woojin initially excludes him from combat because Blessing Type magic is incompatible with Woojin, but values Blanka's loyalty when he refuses an immediate transfer. Blanka's guild master and blood brother Kassim ultimately honors a promise to send him, partly so that India will retain a connection to Woojin if another catastrophe occurs. Blanka therefore comes to Korea feeling that he has been sold, yet follows through and joins Alandal's expedition. (Chapters 60–61, 68–69)

On Jaku, Blanka supplies Speed and Strength Buffs, recovery magic, and Detection while learning to work with Baek Jongdo, Do Jaemin, Che Haesol, and Melody. His improvement is slower than some companions', but he meshes with the party and is later placed in a Rescue unit that works alongside the Phantom Unit. He becomes one of that unit's commanders, campaigns successfully on Alphen, argues that Alandal must help its new allies, and takes part in guarding Sooah. Appearance and personality

The supplied chapters identify Blanka as Indian but give no detailed account of his height, build, clothing, or facial features. His expressions carry much of his characterization: he becomes sullen when excluded, flustered when transferred, morose when left uninformed, openly worried when return routes fail, and tearful with relief when Woojin reappears. Blanka is loyal, earnest, inquisitive, and more conventionally cautious than many Alandal members. He wants to fulfill his assigned role, objects when he thinks a team is neglecting its duties, and worries about stranded companions and allies. Blanka is introduced as an A-rank Blessing Type Awakened and specialized Buffer. He casts Speed and Strength Buffs across a party, reinforces Jongdo's Body Reinforcement, and uses recovery magic that can help Jaemin despite ordinary healing being ineffective on a vampire. Detection Magic locates Artifacts, while later chapters explicitly credit him with healing. His magic is supportive rather than invulnerable. Using unstable power can make him vomit blood, and he depends on frontline fighters to prevent enemies from interrupting his work. His Buffs also do not benefit every target equally: Woojin rejects them as incompatible with his own combat method. Blanka's value consequently comes from combining varied support effects with a coordinated unit, especially rescue and protection teams, rather than defeating major enemies alone.
