Magnus is the Roman Dictator, an Elohim consul whose place among the Nine Kings draws him into the alliance assembled against Yeon-woo.

Biography

A consul joins a hostile alliance

Magnus attends the meeting of major powers as the Elohim's recognized consul and one of the Nine Kings. He treats Waltz with open hostility and joins a coalition whose members hope to exploit Yeon-woo's movements and the instability among the large clans. His rank gives the alliance another sovereign-level participant, but the mutual suspicion at the table prevents its leaders from becoming a genuinely unified force. (Chapters 415–425)

A broken defense produces an abrupt death

When the confrontation turns direct, Magnus relies on a defensive or endurance skill that allows him to withstand Vigrid longer than an ordinary opponent. Yeon-woo has just gained Guai Ruk Nan Shin from the deaths of Blood Land's dukes, however, and uses that changing power to break the skill's structure. He then cuts off Magnus's head, ending the Roman Dictator's role before the coalition can convert its numbers into lasting control. (Chapters 426–437)

Appearance and personality

The scoped chapters present Magnus as a male authority seated among the Nine Kings but do not give him a stable detailed portrait. His behavior is proud, severe, and openly confrontational, especially toward Waltz.
