Allforone

Allforone, born Son Jae-won and later known as Vivasvat, is the mortal god-killer who becomes the Tower's supreme player and its system-backed divider between the lower and heavenly worlds. His determination to protect mortals from transcendent interference gradually turns a liberation movement into a solitary regime, placing him in repeated conflict with Yeon-woo's family before his defeat and eventual return to life outside his former office.

Biography

A Mortal Who Refused Godhood

Jae-won was born to the Heavenly Demon and Yama, but he grew up believing that power did not justify dominion over weaker lives. After encountering gods who treated mortals as livestock and sources of faith, he adopted the name Vivasvat and vowed never to become one of them. He traveled between worlds killing abusive divine beings and treated every achievement he gained as a weapon rather than a step toward apotheosis. Even when rescued souls placed their faith in him and his light began forcing exuviation and transcendence, he repeatedly canceled the process to preserve the mortal identity from which his judgment arose. (Chapters 801–802)

His other purpose was to find his absent father and demand an explanation for the world the Heavenly Demon had made. That search led him to Sun Wukong, who overwhelmed Vivasvat in combat but finally directed him toward the Tower his father had built. Vivasvat accepted an invitation he had previously rejected, concealed the true extent of his power, and investigated why so many divine races had been confined there. He entered Asgard as the most practical route toward its leadership and the sleeping Odin, hoping that information from Valhalla would bring him closer to the Heavenly Demon without exposing the bloodline that made him a target. Bifrost and the Birth of Allforone

In Asgard, Vivasvat joined Garmr's Bifrost unit and was confronted with a harder version of his ideals. When he nearly attacked an abuser to save a helpless girl, Garmr forced him to consider the reprisals his intervention could bring upon everyone around her. Vivasvat backed down, then remained with Bifrost because its undisciplined surface concealed courage, tactical rigor, and sympathy for the oppressed. Fighting alongside the unit tempered his isolation, while his attachment to Garmr grew from their shared disgust at the divine societies' treatment of mortals and her insistence that strength carried responsibility. That loyalty was tested when Asgard and Olympus used a supposed suppression mission to trap Bifrost and capture the Heavenly Demon's son. Vivasvat revealed the light and martial power he had hidden, defeated two Valkyries, and obeyed Garmr's order to prioritize captive villagers over helping her duel. Bifrost opened a path for him at great cost, and Vivasvat escaped with the rescued mortals to a resistance organization called Allforone. As divine societies pursued them, he became the movement's central fighter and symbol; raids that freed enslaved players turned his name and the organization's name into one, drawing both followers and the faith he had tried to reject. The Liberator Becomes the Divider

Ten years of victories transformed the resistance as much as they transformed Vivasvat. The system offered to make him its “vaccine” against those who disrupted the floors, granting the power he needed to drive divine societies from the lower Tower. Yet the same victories brought worship, forced more faith into his already overfilled spirit, and made his radiated light still more awe-inspiring. Ordinary comrades ceased treating him as a peer, Garmr and Bifrost were pushed from leadership, and Allforone became centered on the very singular authority it had been created to oppose. Garmr's final warning was that his objectives were becoming a new prison for both the movement and himself. Vivasvat nevertheless allowed her and his former comrades to be executed after treating their resistance as betrayal, reasoning that the sacrifices already made required him to continue. He cast away his physical body and anguish on the twenty-first floor, leaving that body to develop as the distinct person later known as Nocturne, while his own identity remained bound to his mission. As Allforone, he occupied the seventy-seventh floor, used the system to prevent transcendents from descending and players from climbing into the heavenly world, and imposed a rigid separation intended to protect mortals from divine interference. The Curse of Absolute Order

Allforone was not indiscriminately hostile. He recognized Jeong-woo's persistence, gave him guidance that helped shape the diary, and provided the elixir Jeong-woo sought, but he still refused to relax the boundary he enforced. The same contradiction defined his clash with Kronos: he imprisoned Kronos when the former king entered the Tower to reach his son, yet explicitly denied any personal enmity and described his office first as a duty and then as a curse. Because Kronos was a transcendent violating the Tower's laws, Allforone chose order over the father's desperate purpose and forced Kronos to sacrifice his remaining future to create another path for his children. His first direct confrontation with Yeon-woo followed the escape of Dis Pluto from Tartarus. Allforone acknowledged Yeon-woo's new throne but judged both it and a divine army on a lower floor to be violations of the pledge separating the worlds. He refused Jeong-woo's appeal because one exception would make every later judgment negotiable, disabled his opponents' skills through the system, and moved to confiscate the throne. Yeon-woo, Jeong-woo, Boo, and the resurrected Summer Queen forced him to bring more of himself away from the seventy-seventh floor; divine iron restricted his magic and Shukuchi, but once he released more of his level, his light and restored body again overwhelmed them. Ascension, Defeat, and a Human Return

The long stalemate ended when the elder gods chose Jeong-woo rather than Allforone as an heir to Day. Allforone took this as proof that persuasion and patient separation had failed. His resentment toward transcendents and toward the father who would not answer him broke through his restraint, and he resolved to climb at last, destroy the gods and demons, assume the Heavenly Demon's throne, defeat Night, and then disappear after returning the future to ordinary beings. He used the Heavenly Demon Ruling Step and the Fire of Origin to erase divine forces and began ascending beyond the seventy-seventh floor, turning a defensive mission into the total solution Garmr had warned against. Yeon-woo stopped that ascension by reversing its effects, taking the Tower's first-place faith, and combining the yin and yang swords to sever Allforone from the system. Stripped of the Allforone domain, Immortality, and the World of Light, Vivasvat continued fighting with his remaining body and martial arts because he still wanted to reach his father and demand an answer. Yeon-woo defeated him, consumed the legends that sustained his former office, and later preserved the surviving shell in emptiness instead of erasing it. When Jae-won was reunited with Min Chae-young, Yeon-woo released his restraints; by the latest supplied chapter, he is alive, travels quietly beside her, and retains Vivasvat's identity and Jae-won's memories, although Yeon-woo has sealed most of his power. Appearance and personality

Allforone normally concealed his body inside brilliant light or ashen fog, using the radiance as a mask that kept others from reading his expressions. When that covering is removed, he appears surprisingly young—almost boyish, younger-looking than Yeon-woo—with the same face as Son Jae-won's photograph. His manifested form has long hair falling past his hips, while his later powerless appearance is that of an unremarkable hooded man without the light that once identified him. Jae-won is ordinarily quiet, formal, observant, and emotionally guarded, but cruelty toward powerless people can provoke sudden ferocity. He can revise an immediate choice when confronted with its consequences, as he did under Garmr, yet once a principle hardens into duty he becomes inflexible enough to sacrifice relationships and himself to it. His apparent serenity as Allforone hides resentment, loneliness, and a need for his father's acknowledgment; after losing the system's protection, those emotions emerge as fear, grief, and desperate persistence. Abilities and powers

Allforone's power combines innate strength, extensive martial training, accumulated faith, and privileged access to the Tower's operating system. The corpus establishes several signature abilities, but much of his apparent omnipotence depends on the Allforone domain and the system rather than on unrestricted personal power. After Yeon-woo severs that connection and takes most of his power, the latest chapters show those abilities sealed rather than restored. (Chapters 395–400, 680–685, and 852)

Allforone domain, faith, and system authority

The system first recruited Vivasvat as a vaccine against beings it classified as disruptive, and repeated acceptance made him the system's subject, operator, and incarnation. Faith from liberated mortals, fearful enemies, players, and even transcendents flowed through this office, replenishing his magic and sustaining the divine domain called Allforone. From the seventy-seventh floor, he could alter a stage's laws, stop skills and channels, issue elimination commands, suppress unauthorized transcendence, and descend through mind power without initially moving his true body. His World of Light also functioned as both holy territory and prison, admitting or releasing inhabitants only under his authority. (Chapters 570–571, 810, and 395–400)

This authority was broad but not independent of infrastructure. Foreign legends could corrupt his illusory world, divine iron could consume his magic, and a sufficiently powerful irregular could interfere with the commands he imposed. Yeon-woo exploited that dependency by taking the faith attached to the Tower's rankings and hacking its processing functions; the combined yin and yang swords then destroyed the data connections constituting the Allforone office. Once the domain fell, its protections, World of Light, and system-supplied powers failed, leaving Vivasvat with only his personal body, training, and diminished radiance. Light distribution, Immortality, and the Fire of Origin

Vivasvat's light distribution began before he entered the Tower and intensified whenever achievements and rescued mortals forced faith upon him. Because he repeatedly canceled exuviation and transcendence, divinity that his mortal spirit could no longer store was discharged as ever-brighter light. In combat that radiance carries holy power capable of purifying souls, canceling death-aligned magic, severing divine channels, and forming barriers or destructive blasts. It also concealed his appearance and emotions, making the light both weapon and mask. The Fire of Origin is its extreme destructive expression, released as heat capable of consuming divine beings and destabilizing entire floors. (Chapters 802, 810, 399–400, and 678)

Immortality automatically restored even fatal damage and made Allforone treat a body as replaceable: he continued moving after decapitation and regenerated severed limbs while fighting Yeon-woo. Its reliability depended on the Allforone domain and active system functions, however. When Yeon-woo infected the system, Immortality stopped, substitute regeneration was obstructed by poison and death, and the loss of the domain removed the power altogether. His later surviving shell is therefore not shown possessing this former automatic recovery, and the latest corpus explicitly states that most of his abilities remain sealed. Shukuchi and Great Handprint

Shukuchi is one of Allforone's signature movement skills and the culmination for which Shunpo serves as a key foundation. It operates by using the veins of the ground to fold distance, letting him appear at a chosen point, pursue Blink users, or repeatedly attack an opponent's blind spots without ordinary travel. Its practical range is immense within his territory, but it is not unconditional: divine-iron chains that bind his soul and consume magic can prevent its activation, and system disruption or loss of power can cancel it. Great Handprint is a martial art Vivasvat developed after training with the One-horned tribe. It projects a palm-shaped magic field whose size and force scale far beyond his physical hand: before entering the Tower, he used it to make a crater kilometers across and trigger catastrophic damage across a planet, while later applications broke opponents' bodies or countered high-level attacks. It can be combined with Shukuchi so that sudden repositioning creates an opening for the strike. Despite that scale, it was not sufficient against Sun Wukong, and after Vivasvat lost the Allforone domain, Yeon-woo's darkness and control of the system repeatedly prevented it from activating effectively. Thousand Li Eyes, clairvoyance, and Heavenly Demon Ruling Step

Thousand Li Eyes allows Allforone to observe distant floors, follow movement across a battlefield, and project an illusory world from the seventy-seventh floor in which physical laws can be materialized. Closely associated clairvoyance lets him perceive a person's past, present, and possible future; he recognized Jeong-woo's repeated returns and offered cryptic guidance based on what he saw. These senses are formidable rather than perfectly omniscient: unexpected collective choices can surprise him, and the future remains subject to variables. A corrupted illusory world or disabled system can also deprive his perceptions of the command authority that made them decisive. (Chapters 360, 396, 400–402, and 570)

The Heavenly Demon Ruling Step is Allforone's most destructive inherited or emulated authority. Each step imposes a stronger halt upon bodies, divinity, laws, and system functions; paired with the Fire of Origin, it allowed him to erase divine societies and begin advancing beyond the floor he had guarded for millennia.
