Fixed Immortal Travel

Fixed Immortal Travel is a space path Immortal Gu associated with Fang Yuan, Bai Ning Bing, and Ying Wu Xie. Its refinement is foreshadowed through a recipe whose ingredients lead from Divine Travel Gu toward a Gu capable of fixed-location transport. (Chapters 307 and 371)

Function and limits

When activated from a suitable location, Fixed Immortal Travel lets its user cross an enormous distance to a known destination. That precision makes it valuable for escape, infiltration, and moving between blessed lands, but it is not unconditional: preparations can seal space, and fixed-space methods can prevent activation across a designated area. The Gu changes hands and is lost and re-refined as factions compete for mobility. Later methods incorporate its effect into compound movement rather than treating the original rank-six activation as the final form. Heavenly Court's repeated preparations against it show both its strategic importance and its vulnerability to enemies who know it is available. (Chapters 1600 and 2194)
