Zhou Jin

Zhou Jin is the burly Nirvana Void ancestor of the Heavenly Wolf Clan, captured and marked as an Ancient slave by Wang Lin in the Ancient Order Tomb. He later tries to erase that humiliation by leading his clan into the Inner Realm, only to face the returned Wang Lin and survive in terrified submission. The War God Shrine cultivator named Zhou Jin in Chapters 136 and 156 is a separate homonym. (Chapters 1461–1528 and 1615–1624)

Biography

Heavenly Wolf ancestor in the tomb

Zhou Jin enters the Ancient Order Tomb as a true third-step expert and ancestor of the Heavenly Wolf Clan. He attacks Wang Lin through a blood-red wolf manifestation while Ling Dong counters him. His clan's worship and accumulated Joss Flames support the spell, turning remote devotion into a battlefield resource. The tomb's pressures, however, deprive him of the freedom his status normally guarantees. (Chapters 1461–1468)

Zhou Jin is distinct from the figure titled Arcane Void Great Desolation: the chapter listing the tomb's entrants names them separately. Inside the inheritance trial, ancient throne pressure shatters Zhou Jin's dao heart and forces him to kneel. Wang Lin plants an Ancient slave rune in him and Ling Dong, converting two hostile third-step cultivators into compelled servants. (Chapters 1467–1472)

Compelled service

Under Wang Lin's orders, Zhou Jin searches for enemies, supports inheritance rituals with Joss Flames, and fights during the final cave-world conflicts. His vast supply of worship power lets him overpower opponents with comparable raw cultivation, and his appearance among Wang Lin's followers breaks the confidence of cultivators who know his former rank. Master South Cloud later takes him and Ling Dong to help stabilize the Realm Sealing Formation. (Chapters 1495–1528)

Attempt to wash away humiliation

When Wang Lin disappears, the slave mark does not immediately fade. Zhou Jin eventually returns to the Outer Realm and brings the Heavenly Wolf Clan into the assault on the Inner Realm, hoping a bloodbath will wash away the shame of enslavement. He clashes with Lu Fu using a giant blood wolf. Once Wang Lin returns with six essences, Zhou Jin's defiance collapses: his desperate attack fails, and he becomes the only nearby Outer Realm cultivator to survive the spreading ripples, standing motionless in fear. Appearance and personality

Zhou Jin is a burly man whose forceful presence suits his identity as a clan ancestor. Pride in the Heavenly Wolf lineage and rage at enslavement drive his later betrayal. His conduct is not simple loyalty or simple cowardice: the rune compels service while Wang Lin is present, absence lets resentment reassert itself, and overwhelming proof of Wang Lin's new power restores terror. Abilities and cultivation

Nirvana Void cultivation

Zhou Jin is a true third-step Nirvana Void cultivator. His realm lets him survive the Ancient Order Tomb, contend with other major Outer Realm experts, and contribute to the Realm Sealing Formation. He is not Arcane Void Great Desolation; that title belongs to a separate entrant. His dao heart can still be broken by Ancient Order inheritance pressure, demonstrating that realm alone does not secure independence. (Chapters 1461–1472 and 1528)

Heavenly Wolf spells

His signature blood-red wolf draws on the Heavenly Wolf Clan's worship. Thorns or projections from his arm become an enormous wolf host beneath a blood moon, converting clan imagery and devotion into coordinated attack. The spell can contend with other third-step powers, but Wang Lin's six-essence return suppresses it before it can reverse their hierarchy. (Chapters 1461–1462 and 1615–1624)

Joss Flames

As a clan ancestor, Zhou Jin possesses an unusually deep store of Joss Flames. That faith energy can reinforce spells, support inheritance ceremonies, and let him overpower someone of similar base cultivation whose worship reserve is smaller. It is accumulated external devotion rather than unlimited personal essence; stronger law, Ancient Order authority, or Wang Lin's later cultivation can still override it. Ancient slave rune

Wang Lin's rune compels Zhou Jin's obedience and provides leverage over a third-step origin soul. It survives Wang Lin's disappearance long enough to shape his followers' expectations, but it does not erase personality or prevent autonomous resentment once direct oversight is gone.
