Li Xiangdong

Li Xiangdong is one of the Origin Sect's four great elders and Lu Yanfei's senior brother. After their teacher's death leaves the sect vulnerable, he chooses resistance over submission and later accepts Wang Lin as the Grand Uncle-Master capable of preserving the sect. Biography

Defense of the Origin Sect

When the Purple Dao Sect moves against the weakened Origin Sect, Li Xiangdong refuses to surrender. He prepares the disciples for a defense he expects may end in their deaths. Wang Lin's intervention eliminates the immediate attackers and changes the sect's prospects. (Chapter 1144)

During Wang Lin's ancient-god calamity, Li Xiangdong hears a roar from underground and insists on investigating despite Lu Yanfei's warning. Wang Lin's divine sense wounds and expels the approaching elders. Li Xiangdong nevertheless continues watching from a safer distance and sees Wang Lin kill rank-six and rank-eight beasts with single attacks. The display resolves his doubts: he accepts Wang Lin's claimed seniority, addresses him as Grand Uncle-Master, and sees him as the Origin Sect's path to survival. (Chapters 1157–1160)

Li Xiangdong then follows Wang Lin's orders, arranging pills and recipes for him. When a search party from a rank-six sect arrives, Li first greets them diplomatically and offers assistance. Appearance and personality
