Pultra

Pultra is the first champion known to have challenged Immortui. After refusing his offer, she is trapped on a cultivated planet where her passive power accelerates the growth of life and valuable materials for the demons. Initially convinced that resistance is hopeless, she changes course after Sil demonstrates the outsiders' strength, then uses her knowledge, aura, and combat ability to help Quinn's coalition. (Chapters 2432, 2459–2463, 2474, and 2492–2533)

Biography

A champion made into a resource

Pultra claims a planet and becomes the first champion to fight Immortui, refusing to join him even when defeated. Immortui's red mist forces her through an ordeal of experiencing the pain connected to her victims, after which she is confined near his palace. Her mere presence turns processes that should take ten years into ten days, so the demons keep her in a garden-like production site and harvest the resulting materials. Pultra survives, but her isolation and direct knowledge of Immortui make her dismiss the idea that combining champions alone could win. (Chapters 2432 and 2459–2463)

Choosing the coalition and helping Quinn recover

Calva and Sil approach Pultra for help. Rather than accept their claims, she tests Sil on a barren moon; her cutting kicks scar the surface, but his foresight, teleportation, and multiple abilities outmanoeuvre her. That demonstration, together with news that a demon king has fallen, gives Pultra evidence that the new coalition is materially different from the champions' failed individual challenges. She agrees to return and assess Quinn. (Chapters 2460–2461)

Pultra recognises Quinn's unconscious state as an Immortui ordeal similar to her own. Her passive effect can make him pass through it faster, but also compresses more suffering into less time and creates an unprecedented mental risk. After the group chooses speed, she stays close to sustain the acceleration and help guard him. She later insists on remaining with Shinto to protect and train Quinn while the others collect demon blood, because she sees his survival and preparation as their best chance. (Chapters 2463 and 2474)

Training, blood collection, and the last battle

Pultra trains Quinn through rapid kick combinations alongside the other champions. She then helps the coalition identify the remaining demon kings, collect Unzoku's blood after Chris's attack, and withdraw when the battlefield becomes uncertain. Her knowledge is bounded: she recognises Immortui's demons but does not fully understand Celestial agents or the wider divine hierarchy. (Chapters 2492–2525)

Pultra joins the final defence rather than remaining only a support figure. She dashes between enemies, uses her legs to cut them, and decapitates a restrained golden being. Chapter 2533 leaves her alive in that battle; the corpus does not show her final departure or establish a later fate. (Chapters 2511, 2525, and 2533)

Appearance and personality

Pultra has a feminine, mostly human shape with light-blue skin marked by glittering white patches. She has no hair, an egg-shaped head, solid light-green eyes without visible pupils, and extremely long legs; despite those proportions, she is only slightly taller than Sil and wears no described clothing. She is composed, blunt, and shaped by long captivity into fatalism. Direct evidence can change her mind, however, and once committed she is tactically focused and willing to remain beside a suffering ally. (Chapters 2460–2463 and 2474)

Powers and abilities

Accelerated growth and recovery

Pultra constantly accelerates plants, general life, and material development within a limited surrounding range. A process requiring ten years can take roughly ten days while she remains nearby; removing her stops the garden's extraordinary change. The same passive effect accelerates Quinn's mental ordeal and can aid natural recovery, but speed is not identical to safety or complete healing: Quinn faces intensified simultaneous experiences, and Pultra cannot simply restore every catastrophic injury. The power also contributes to her own rapid healing after a bone spear pierces her. (Chapters 2460–2463, 2474, and 2492)

Crescent kicks and champion physique

Pultra's long legs deliver extremely fast kicks and launch crescent-shaped cutting lines over distance. The projectiles carve deeply into the moon, while her close attacks pressure Quinn during training and sever the head of a golden being in the final battle. She can sense an opponent appearing behind her and recover quickly from heavy impacts. Her style is not unbeatable: Sil's foresight and mobility evade the ranged pattern, and Quinn's shadow techniques let him redirect another champion's spear into her. (Chapters 2461, 2492, and 2533)

Knowledge limits

Pultra understands Immortui's red mist, the champions' history, the demon kings, and the practical effect of her own captivity. She helps identify targets and diagnose Quinn, but sometimes states uncertainty and does not understand the Celestial hierarchy merely because Immortui opposes it. Her advice should therefore be read as experienced demon-realm knowledge, not omniscience. (Chapters 2460–2463, 2500, and 2525)

Relationships

  • Sil: Sil's controlled victory gives Pultra concrete reason to believe the outsiders may succeed. She respects his strength and joins the alliance he helps present. (Chapters 2460–2461)
  • Quinn: Pultra recognises Quinn's ordeal, accelerates it despite the risk, protects him, and helps train his responses to multiple attack styles. She treats him as the coalition's best chance rather than claiming certainty about his condition. (Chapters 2463, 2474, and 2492)
  • Calva and Shinto: Pultra shares champion history and battlefield duties with them. She initially doubts Calva's recruitment appeal and is shocked by Shinto's sacrifice, but continues the plan they assembled. (Chapters 2459–2463, 2468–2474, and 2517–2520)
