Kun Peng
Kun Peng is an ancient sentient demon beast whose gift of essence blood preserves its devouring, flight, and transformation inheritance in Ye Feipeng's family.
Biography
A Startling Change
Bloodline memory recounts a severely injured Kun Peng fleeing alongside other terrified demon beasts. Ye Feipeng's ancestors hide and nurse the creature until it recovers, after which the grateful beast freely gives them one drop of essence blood and departs. Thousands of years later, Ye Feipeng awakens that inheritance through the Canghai Pearl, accessing Kun Devouring, Peng Soaring, and Kun Peng Transformation. His later giant-beast body, pride, violence, and death under purple thunder belong to Ye under bloodline influence, not to the original Kun Peng returning as the same continuous individual. (Chapters 272–274; Chapters 300–307)
Appearance and personality
The original Kun Peng is a vast nonhuman being of the whale-bird divine-beast type, capable of transferring bloodline inheritance. The precise colors and size of that ancient individual are not supplied. Its remembered gratitude and voluntary gift establish sentience and moral agency. Brown wings and the thousand-mile body shown later are properties of Ye Feipeng's transformation, not secure appearance evidence for the ancient donor. (Chapters 272–274; Chapters 300–307)
Abilities and cultivation
Kun Devouring, Peng Soaring, and transformation
The inherited blood carries three functions: consuming matter as nourishment, crossing enormous distance through flight, and reshaping a descendant toward the ancestral body. Bloodline Transference can pass a portion onward. These mechanics are demonstrated through Ye Feipeng; they prove the inheritance's contents but do not establish every limit or personal cultivation realm of the original beast. (Chapters 272–301)
Essence-blood legacy
A single donated drop strengthens generations passively before awakening fully in a suitable descendant. The gift persists for millennia, but awakening can influence temperament and place immense energy demands on the transformed body. The essence blood is a living legacy rather than proof that the original Kun Peng is physically present. (Chapters 272–301)
