Description

The Hammer of Sanctions is a Level 90 Violet-Platinum two-handed weapon assembled from at least ten body fragments and a hammer handle. Its signature property gives attacks a 10% chance to sanction and stun a target for ten seconds, with reduced reliability against bosses. (Chapters 427–435)

Fragment collection and assembly

Endless Starlight gathers Hammer of Sanctions fragments through repeated party loot, reaching ten body pieces before the final handle appears. He spends 2,000 gold to assemble the hammer and another 500 gold to identify it, only to discover that the result is two-handed and therefore unsuitable for his tank specialization. (Chapters 427, 431, and 434–435)

The party chooses not to leave the weapon unused. Zhang recommends that Wei Yan Er take it because its higher level and stun proc can outweigh losing her Axe Mastery bonus in boss fights. Wei accepts the hammer into her inventory; the transfer leaves Endless without the item or reimbursement, and no later return is established. (Chapter 435)

The identified hammer has 3,969–4,568 attack, a 3.8-second interval, 1,123 DPS, two Level 3 sockets, 5% increased attack, and a Level 90 requirement. Its two-handed classification is the custody problem that prevents Endless from using the object he assembled. (Chapter 435)

Each hit has a 10% chance to apply Sanction, stunning the target for ten seconds. The effect applies to Violet-Platinum bosses and lower tiers, but its activation rate is reduced against bosses; the corpus does not quantify that reduced rate or state an internal cooldown. A successful ten-second boss stun would create a major damage and recovery window, which is why Zhang values the hammer despite Wei's hammer-versus-axe mastery mismatch. (Chapter 435)
