Flame Emperor

Flame Emperor is a Lost Paradise Pyromancer who joins Zhang Yang for early dungeon clears and recognizes the Guardian's unusual tanking and damage output. (Chapters 14–29)

Biography

Rebirth and White Jade City

Flame Emperor enters the early Bangar Crypt parties as a damage dealer and immediately uses the party statistics to puncture his teammates' attempts to dismiss Zhang Yang's contribution. He is surprised that Zhang Yang can retain aggro while producing exceptional damage, records the Guardian's boss fight for his own leader, and temporarily handles party invitations before returning leadership to Zhang Yang. His own contribution remains modest—one recorded encounter places him eighth with 8 percent of the damage—and he dies during multiple mechanics, but his HP is high enough to survive venom that would immediately kill several companions. By the later run, his response speed is still below Zhang Yang's standard, leaving him among the players ordered to hurry into safety. (Chapters 14–16, 18–22, 24, and 27–29)

Appearance and personality

The corpus gives no physical description of Flame Emperor's avatar or real-world appearance. His behavior is wry and observant: he posts damage statistics with an unamused chuckle, jokes about another tank's deaths, and quickly sends important combat footage to his guild leader. He also yields when pressured during a dispute over Silky Snow's costume, leaving his exact motive unstated. (Chapters 14, 16, 19, and 28)

Abilities and gameplay

Flame Emperor is identified as a Pyromancer, but the supplied passages name none of his spells or class mechanics. His demonstrated role is ranged damage in dungeon parties; one scoreboard records 4,328 total damage and an 8 percent share. He has more than 400 HP during the Venom Spit encounter, yet remains vulnerable to lethal boss mechanics and slower repositioning. The corpus does not establish his build, cooldowns, equipment progression, or later mastery. (Chapters 21–22, 27, and 29)

Relationships

  • Zhang Yang: Flame Emperor recognizes Zhang Yang's extraordinary performance, records it for Lost Paradise's leadership, and cooperates when Zhang Yang takes control of the party. (Chapters 14–20)
  • Snowy Death: A fellow Lost Paradise player who shares Flame Emperor's relatively high early HP and later falls behind during a timed movement mechanic. (Chapters 22, 27, and 29)
  • Silky Snow: Flame Emperor is present during the dispute over Silky Snow wearing a miniskirt and elects not to oppose Fatty Han's demand, though the narration leaves whether he was intimidated or curious unresolved. (Chapter 28)

Items

  • Equipment: The corpus establishes only that Flame Emperor's early gear gives him more than 400 HP. It does not name any weapon, armor piece, or personally significant item associated with him. (Chapter 22)
