Nirvana Fruits

The Nirvana Fruits are preserved products of the Fang Clan's Nirvanic Rebirth magic. Meng Hao produces two during his repeated childhood rebirths and later recovers them, while two older fruits from the First Patriarch become part of his path toward fully integrating four lives.

History

Meng Hao's interrupted childhoods

At ages seven and fourteen, Meng Hao undergoes premature Nirvanic Rebirth. Each lost lifetime produces a Nirvana Fruit capable of being preserved as a legacy. When his parents take him to Planet South Heaven, clan elders keep the two fruits in custody with the stated obligation to return them. (Chapters 800–801)

Contested custody in the Fang Clan

Fang Xiufeng instructs Meng Hao to reclaim his fruits. The clan returns a box, but Meng Hao discovers that its contents are the First Patriarch's dangerous fruits, while his own have been given to Fang Wei. Fang Wei knowingly assimilates the stolen fruits, then later expels and returns them to Meng Hao during the Fang Clan uprising. (Chapters 885, 897–902, 996–999)

Four fruits integrated

Meng Hao uses the fruits as temporary sources of enormous cultivation power, though each merger demands life force and can be forcibly reversed. Greed's possession of Meng Hao inadvertently advances the absorption of the fourth fruit; Meng Hao turns that process into a trap and ultimately integrates Greed's life-force Essence along with the fruit. Abilities and properties

• A Nirvana Fruit preserves the accumulated potential of a completed Fang Clan lifetime and can be passed on as a legacy. (Chapter 800)
• Assimilation can multiply cultivation strength and Immortal meridians, but an incomplete merger consumes enormous life force and causes a period of weakness. (Chapters 996–997 and 1240–1241)
• The four integrated fruits support Meng Hao's successive lives and later the creation of a separate fourth-life body. (Chapters 1242–1245 and 1486)
