Lilith

Lilith is an Enesis Mare, a world enemy, and the woman whose title denotes the most charming female being in her world. Her authority can dominate living beings, weapons, and other inanimate matter; after a prior Hero severs her horn and Sherafina confines her in Beyond, Kang Shin and Peika finally destroy her and absorb what remains. (Chapters 233, 299, and 303–308)

Biography

Guardians and World Enemies

Lilith's name first appears when Shin synthesizes Sweet Nightmare and Bewilderment Bomb into the unique skill Lilith's Temptation. The skill is not taught or directly bestowed by Lilith, but its ability to steal health and mana and possibly impose permanent obedience foreshadows her kind of authority. Shin uses it against multiple female enemies, sometimes gaining its intended drain and once triggering a dangerous rage backlash. Succubi later identify the actual Lilith as a world enemy on Beyond's thirty-fifth floor and distinguish her from ordinary Succubus Queens, revealing that she led Enesis's invasion of Elesia. (Chapters 233, 239, 242, 260, and 299)

Later testimony establishes that “Lilith” is a title of honor for the most charming woman in Enesis, not merely her personal name. She was the supreme example among the world's Mares and held the succubi and incubi under her command during the invasion. Elesia's female Hero was the only warrior able to overcome her influence, severed the horn containing much of her power, and delivered her to Sherafina. Sherafina preserved the horn and confined the still-formidable Lilith as a Beyond Floor Master, where even the dungeon could not completely suppress her voice or personal domain. (Chapters 299 and 303–306)

Final Wave and the Dungeon's End

When Shin enters Beyond's thirty-fifth floor, Lilith tries to make him surrender through ambient charm before he even opens her door. She offers pleasure and safety within her palace, demands that he break his contract with Licorice, and turns his own summoned weapons against him when he attacks. Once injured, she animates orichalcos statues as soldiers and uses direct mental restraint to create openings. Her final defense is a false appearance of complete healing backed by charm strong enough to make the lie feel true. Peika sees through the deception, ignores the attempted influence, and swallows Lilith before she can reverse the battle. (Chapters 303–306)

Lilith dies, but several parts of her power persist. Peika absorbs the mana remaining in her body and grows, while Shin claims the severed horn from the dungeon and absorbs it into his own blood and mana. The result gives him a dark-red horn, a large increase in charm, and a Mare-like adaptation intensified by his contract with Licorice; the same exchange opens Licorice's path toward becoming a Succubus Empress. Shin's derived Lilith's Temptation later helps reduce the Demon Lord for the final attack. Lilith herself does not revive, and Chapter 352 still treats the battle as the point after which her surviving authority passed to others. (Chapters 306–308, 312, 328, 346–347, and 352)

Appearance and personality

Lilith has extremely long, tangled red-blonde hair that falls across her forehead and cheeks and flows over her hanging chair. Her large, deep, unnaturally moist eyes contain black patterns within broad irises, and she wears a thin translucent dress. She is presented as physically beautiful enough that even resisted charm makes every movement seem instinctively lovable. She has no horn during the battle because Elesia's Hero cut it away earlier; the dungeon preserves that reddish-black horn separately as the body part containing the greatest share of her power. Her apparent restoration after severe injury is an illusion, not regeneration. (Chapters 303–306)

Playful, vain, possessive, and cruel, Lilith treats seduction as both identity and law. She asks Shin to describe her appearance because she has not seen her own face, offers him everything except freedom, and becomes enraged when she learns he is contracted to Licorice. Her confidence is supported by centuries of success controlling opponents, including warriors who willingly died for her, but it also leaves her poorly prepared for direct physical resistance. Once Shin injures her, the affectionate performance turns openly vindictive, and her last strategy depends on making him believe an attractive falsehood rather than overpowering him bodily. (Chapters 303–306)

Powers and abilities

Lilith's defining power is charm elevated from interpersonal influence into an authority over the world around her. Her mana permeates a personal domain, weakens resistance, alters perception, and compels living or inanimate targets. The female Hero's removal of her horn limits her before the Beyond battle, yet she remains one of the most dangerous world enemies Shin encounters. Her advantages are overwhelmingly mental and magical rather than physical; resistance grounded in high charm, soul control, mana absorption, compatible sex, or Peika's unexplained nature can expose a body that does not withstand concentrated attacks well. (Chapters 303–308 and 312)

Absolute charm and domination

Lilith continuously releases a fragrant, sticky mana that makes targets love her, hesitate to attack, obey commands, or accept false claims as reality. It reaches Shin before the Floor Master door opens, fills her palace, and can restrain him even during Overlord. Her authority also charms cursed weapons, golden statues, and other inanimate objects, redirecting their purpose and letting her operate the statues as loyal soldiers. She claims that only a few women fall outside her reach; the prior female Hero could oppose her, and Peika is entirely unaffected, but the corpus does not establish a universal sex-based immunity or fully explain Peika's resistance. (Chapters 303–306)

Shin counters the influence through the combination of Absolute Soul, Peruta Circuit, very high charm, Crimson Hell's hostile-mana absorption, and Enigma, yet still nearly submits and later mistakes Lilith's illusion for healing. Damaging and absorbing one of her eyes reduces her immediate hold, suggesting that the black eye patterns participate in its foundation, but the exact anatomy is not explained. Lilith can recover the appearance of her eye and wounds through deception, not actual restoration. Her charm therefore remains potent against resistant targets, but it can be weakened by stolen mana, pierced by concentrated will, and bypassed by an immune attacker. (Chapters 303–306)

Palace domain and constructs

Within Beyond, Lilith occupies a lavish palace saturated with her mana. She says she can create food, drink, and other comforts there “like the Creation God,” although those particular claims are offers rather than demonstrated creation scenes. What she does demonstrate is remote command over dozens of mana-filled orichalcos statues and the chains supporting her chair. The constructs possess tremendous physical strength and can surround an opponent while her mental magic restrains him. Their power is not independent of her domain: Dortu can analyze and disrupt the metal, Peika destroys many in a charge, and the palace loses its dominating mana immediately after Lilith's death. (Chapters 303–306)

Lilith's Temptation

Lilith's Temptation is a unique skill independently synthesized by Shin from Sweet Nightmare and Bewilderment Bomb before he meets Lilith. It can be used once per day against a lower-charm member of the opposite sex, stealing up to half the target's health and magic power. It has a chance to impose eternal absolute obedience; if that does not occur, it can instead trigger awakened one's rage, doubling the target's abilities while halving health. The lower-charm and opposite-sex requirements are strict, and the possible rage result can make a surviving enemy more dangerous. (Chapters 233, 239, 242, and 260)

The skill's name and effects echo Lilith's authority but do not prove that she personally possesses the identical probability-based dungeon mechanic. Shin uses it successfully to make Lespina a permanent servant, then later combines it with additional effects against the Demon Lord, reducing the enemy enough for the final assault. These uses show the latest survival of Lilith's conceptual power after her death. They remain Shin's skill applications, however, and should not be treated as battles Lilith herself participates in or as evidence that her original charm shared the same cooldown. (Chapters 260, 346–347, and 351)

Severed horn and inherited power

Lilith's severed horn is a Legend-grade remnant kept by the dungeon after Elesia's Hero cuts it away. Unrefined, it is dangerous; made into a weapon, it can randomly charm a struck enemy and rarely turn that enemy into a loyal subordinate, while an accessory would raise charm and grant a portion of Lilith's power. Shin instead absorbs it directly. Its mana fuses with his body, raises his charm dramatically, and initially forms a visible horn because he cannot immediately process the entire reserve. The text does not show Lilith using the horn herself, so its pre-severing limits remain unknown. (Chapters 306–307)

Through Shin's companion contract with Licorice, the absorbed power changes both partners. Shin becomes partly Mare and gains finer control over charm, while Licorice receives the potential to move beyond Succubus Queen and eventually awaken as an Empress. Peika separately consumes Lilith's defeated body, absorbs part of the palace's mana, grows longer, and gains another horn. These transfers exhaust Lilith as an independent being; her latest state is death, with portions of her authority incorporated into Shin, Licorice's evolution, and Peika's growth rather than retained under Lilith's control. (Chapters 306–308, 312, and 342–352)

Relationships

  • Kang Shin: Lilith's final opponent and principal inheritor. She tries to make him abandon Licorice and remain in her palace, while he resists, wounds her, and absorbs the horn containing her greatest stored power after Peika kills her. (Chapters 303–308)
  • Peika: The elemental whom Lilith expects to charm as a final defense. Peika sees through her false recovery, swallows her, and converts part of her remaining mana into elemental growth. (Chapters 305–306)
  • Licorice: A Succubus Queen Lilith regards with contempt for escaping and finding a new master. Lilith's absorbed authority later passes through Licorice's contract with Shin and enables her potential evolution into an Empress. (Chapters 304 and 308–312)
  • Sherafina: The Dungeon Lord who receives Lilith from Elesia's Hero, preserves her severed horn, and confines her as a Beyond Floor Master. The containment limits Lilith but cannot completely suppress her domain or voice. (Chapters 303–306 and 328)

Items

Lilith has no separately cataloged personal item. Her severed horn becomes a Legend-grade dungeon reward after her death, and her palace contains orichalcos statues and a suspended chair, but none has an independent item article in the catalog. (Chapters 303–306)
