Sabrina

Sabrina is Raze Cromwell's wife, a high-star Light mage and magic tailor whose support sustains him after his public disgrace. Her attempt to expose the Noble Guild's illegal operation leads Idore to erase her memories and Trubin to murder her, making her death the central personal motive behind Raze's war on the Grand Magus.

Biography

Marriage under Public Persecution

Sabrina first appears caring for Raze after his dismissal from Central Academy. She removes rainwater from his clothes, calms him with Light Magic, insists that his disgrace is a shared family problem, and refuses his belief that she would be better off without him. She has also lost her magic-tailoring job because of their association, yet continues seeking work and imagines growing old beside him rather than abandoning the marriage. (Chapters 556–557)

After a tailor rejects her, Gizin hires Sabrina at Green Magic Pharma to develop enchanted clothing with healing effects. She prefers tailoring and design to a public battle career despite being a high-star mage. Her work later gives her both a new professional identity and access to the commercial network connected to the Noble Guild warehouse Raze is investigating. (Chapters 557–558)

Lost Memories and the Noble Guild Investigation

Sabrina independently follows evidence, infiltrates the suspicious warehouse, and discovers the scale of the illegal supply operation. Idore catches her and uses a round enchanted object to remove her memories. She awakens unable to remember Raze or their life, but accepts evidence of their bond and proposes using a high-level Light spell to repair the lingering magical effect. After Raze obtains the spell book, Sabrina learns the circle quickly, casts it on herself, and recovers both her marriage memories and the identity of her attacker. (Chapters 560–565)

Raze wants to leave the matter alone because he fears losing her, and Sabrina initially agrees. She then decides that silence would leave both of them trapped by Idore's actions and secretly reports the evidence to Gizin, trusting the employer who had restored her career. Gizin pretends to investigate and orders her to remain home for safety, but later revelations establish that he informs the conspirators. Sabrina's choice is motivated by protecting Raze and clearing the wrong that destroyed their life, yet the person she chooses as an influential ally is part of the same network. (Chapters 565–568)

Murder and Posthumous Legacy

Raze returns on their anniversary to find Sabrina bleeding on the floor with Trubin standing over her. Trubin has isolated the apartment with magic and leaves after judging his task complete. Sabrina keeps herself alive temporarily with Light Magic, but explains that her heart has been pierced and her core destroyed beyond healing. She uses her final breaths to direct Raze to the blazer she made in secret, asks him to care for it, wishes him a happy anniversary, and dies as her sustaining glow disappears. (Chapters 566–568)

Later evidence identifies Trubin as the hand that killed her and Idore as the source of the order, while Raze concludes that Gizin's disclosure enabled the conspiracy. Her murder becomes the oath-point for his revenge against the Grand Magus. Sabrina's blazer remains his most important keepsake and a major defensive artifact, but the Dark Magic curse, Safa-assisted re-enchantment, expanded form, and later costs are all posthumous modifications by Raze and Safa, not Sabrina's own upgrades. Appearance and personality

Sabrina has light brown hair and hazel-brown eyes that Raze perceives as golden. Her features, voice, and mannerisms are described as soft and calming; she often wears light-colored clothing, including a belted jacket, and works with dresses and tailored garments. (Chapters 556, 557, and 561)

She is affectionate and gentle without being passive. Sabrina is the partner who first asks Raze out, chooses his professional clothes, pushes him to act when he retreats into guilt, and repeatedly says she does what she wants rather than what others tell her. That independence also drives her fatal decision to go behind his back, because she believes protecting him requires action that his fear will prevent. (Chapters 556, 563, and 565–567)

Magic, cultivation, and abilities

Light Magic and healing

Sabrina specializes in Light Magic. She uses it to calm emotional distress, clean clothing, induce sleep in guards, sustain herself briefly after a fatal heart wound, and remove Idore's memory effect through a learned high-level healing circle. She has substantial mana and learns the restoration spell quickly, but even her strongest healing cannot repair a pierced heart and destroyed core. The text is inconsistent about her formal rank: Chapter 558 calls her a seven-star mage, later in that chapter refers to employers valuing her as a six-star mage, and Chapter 567 calls her an eight-star mage. Her exact star level therefore cannot be reconciled from the local corpus. (Chapters 556–558, 560, 564, and 567)

Water manipulation and combat capability

Sabrina can draw water out of soaked clothing and direct it into a sink, demonstrating practical manipulation outside her primary Light affinity. She considers herself capable in battle and is treated as difficult to surprise, but the corpus does not provide a sustained fight scene or named offensive spell for her. Idore defeats her through an enchanted memory device, and Trubin kills her only after expending significant magic on the apartment and fighting her; the precise details of their unseen battle remain unknown. Tailoring, design, and enchantment

Sabrina is an experienced magic tailor who combines garment construction, fashion design, and enchantment. At Green Magic Pharma she works on high-tier enchanted clothing and personally makes Raze's anniversary blazer, including its original Light-Magic host enchantment and hidden storage and defensive functions. The later God Slayer form is not evidence of Sabrina learning Dark Magic or creating a curse: Raze explicitly decides to re-enchant the existing garment with Dark Magic and asks Safa to preserve its Light balance after Sabrina's death. (Chapters 557–558, 565, 568, 1115, and 1123–1125)

Relationships

• Raze Cromwell: Sabrina is Raze's wife, emotional anchor, and most trusted partner. Her murder transforms his private grief into a sustained campaign against the Grand Magus.
• Idore: Sabrina uncovers an operation connected to Idore's Noble Guild. He removes her memories and later evidence identifies him as the authority behind her killing.
• Trubin: Trubin is Sabrina's direct murderer. He pierces her heart and destroys her core, leaving before Raze can stop him.
• Gizin: Gizin hires Sabrina and earns her trust, then exploits her report about Idore. Raze later identifies his disclosure as part of the cover-up that leads to her death.
• Safa: Sabrina never meets Safa in the supplied narrative. Safa later helps Raze modify Sabrina's blazer, but those additions are Safa and Raze's work rather than a relationship or collaboration with Sabrina.

• God Slayer Blazer: Sabrina crafts the original blazer as an anniversary gift and gives it a Light-Magic host enchantment. It remains hidden until she directs Raze to it with her final words.
