The Eternal Heaven Pearl is the fourth Heavenly Profound Treasure and the foundation of the Eternal Heaven Realm's power. Its internal Eternal Heaven Divine Realm can alter the relationship between time inside and outside, allowing years or millennia of cultivation to pass while only a short period elapses in the wider world.

History

An ancestor with a Heart of Glazed Glass is accepted by the dying origin spirit and later becomes the pearl's replacement spirit. Protected by the treasure, her descendants build the Eternal Heaven Realm into an Eastern king realm. Before the crimson calamity, the realm spends most of the pearl's accumulated divine power to hold the Profound God Convention and let a thousand selected young practitioners cultivate for three thousand internal years during three outside years. During Yun Che's invasion of the Eternal Heaven Realm, the replacement spirit offers him half ownership in exchange for withdrawal. Yun Che places He Ling's royal wood spirit soul into the opened consciousness space. The pearl recognizes He Ling's far greater compatibility, rejects the former spirit, and flies into Yun Che's hand. Its transfer ends the artifact's ancestral bond to Eternal Heaven and makes it part of the power seized by the Northern Divine Region. (Chapters 1728–1731)

Properties and use

The pearl creates sealed worlds, projections, trials, and adjudication spaces whose time and rules differ from the outside. It hosts the preliminary rounds of the Profound God Convention using projected bodies, then opens the deeper Eternal Heaven Divine Realm for long cultivation. The laws inside are unusually high and stable, making the time gained valuable for comprehension as well as simple accumulation of energy. (Chapters 1135–1166 and 1251–1277)

After its capture, Yun Che and Shui Meiyin enter the pearl for a shorter but strategically decisive cultivation interval before the Dragon God war. The treasure remains outside under heavy guard because disruption while its inner realm is active can collapse the space and kill those within. Its earlier three-millennium activation has left its light and power greatly diminished, so it cannot repeat that feat at will. (Chapters 1728–1731 and 1828–1844)

Associated characters

  • Zhou Xuzi: As Eternal Heaven God Emperor, he governs the realm built around the pearl and commits its stored power to preparing for the crimson calamity.
  • Yun Che: Yun Che captures the treasure and later uses its time-altered realm for the cultivation needed before the western invasion.
  • He Ling: Her royal wood spirit soul is perfectly compatible with the pearl and displaces the long-lived replacement spirit from its consciousness space.
