Sacred Master of Sun Moon Divine Hall

Ye Meixie rules one of the Profound Sky Continent's Four Great Sacred Grounds and uses its prestige to pursue influence, secrets, and ancient opportunities. His faction becomes entangled with Ye Xinghan's crimes against Feng Xue'er and Frozen Cloud Asgard, then aligns with Xuanyuan Wentian during the struggle for continental supremacy. At Supreme Ocean Palace, Ye Meixie underestimates the awakened Xue’er and meets her Phoenix attack head-on. The divine flame overwhelms his resistance and burns him out of existence, leaving Sun Moon Divine Hall leaderless and unwilling to protect his disgraced son. Appearance and personality

Ye Meixie carries the grand robes, authority, and oppressive presence of a Sacred Master. He is proud, calculating, and accustomed to deference, but that confidence encourages fatal misjudgments: he treats younger cultivators as tools or inferiors and assumes Xue’er's power has not changed enough to threaten him. Abilities and cultivation

As Heavenly Monarch, Ye Meixie stands at the summit of the Sovereign Profound Realm and commands Sun Moon Divine Hall's high-level profound arts and Divine Envoys. Even after losing an arm he can resist most continental experts, but the fully awakened pressure of Xue’er's Phoenix flame prevents his escape and annihilates him within dozens of breaths. Relationships

  • Ye Xinghan: Ye Meixie is his father and institutional protector, though the Hall abandons the cowardly heir immediately after the Heavenly Monarch's death. (Chapters 649 and 918)
