The Blue Dragon Emperor first moves through the Eastern Divine Region in concealment, her ice power prompting speculation about her identity. During the Dragon God Realm's campaign against Yun Che, she obeys the western alliance but consistently resists needless slaughter. That restraint helps preserve her people when Long Bai falls: she submits, accepts punishment, and continues ruling the Blue Dragon Realm under Emperor Yun rather than sharing the dragons' annihilation. Appearance and personality

She is a cool, regal woman whose composure resembles her ice profound energy. Cautious and compassionate beneath formal obedience, she prioritizes the lives of her realm's people and refuses to imitate the Dragon Gods' hatred merely to display loyalty. (Chapters 1818–1857)
