Biography

Seclusion, exposure, and the blood path

Long regarded as the strongest of the five emperors, Taixuan survives three great calamities and then withdraws from public life for hundreds of thousands of years. His seclusion is not sainthood but containment: after secretly cultivating a blood method derived from the Blood Ancestor, the violent blood energy overwhelms his righteous spiritual power and contaminates his disciples. When Du Ge forces entry into Taixuan Cave Heaven, Taixuan first considers taking his divine body, then shares both cultivation systems after Du Ge identifies the flaw and offers a route forward. Du Ge and Taixuan turn the crisis into a calculated partnership. Taixuan stages a murderous pursuit through the Central Extreme Continent, feeding his blood cultivation while Du Ge uses the terror to consolidate human fortune, then attacks the celestial army at Mount Sumeru and grows rapidly by draining celestial soldiers. In the final confrontation with the Celestial Emperor and Queen Mother, Taixuan fights beside Du Ge and the Underworld Emperor; as the weakest member of that defensive group, he urges retreat but remains because he cannot break the encirclement alone. Taixuan is an ancient Great Golden Immortal whose original cultivation contains profound Dao resonance. His modified blood method drains living beings into husks, corrupts primordial spirits, creates blood puppets, and converts absorbed essence directly into strength; targets below Golden Immortal can lose all their blood in a single encounter, and consuming tens of thousands of celestial soldiers nearly doubles his power.
