Liang Xiaoxiao

Liang Xiaoxiao is the third of Mount Li's Seven Laws and a former Grand Examination champion. Beneath his icy discipline, he carries a grievance that leads him to betray his companions in the Garden of Zhou and spend his own life on a plot against Su Li and Mount Li. Biography

The Garden of Zhou

Liang enters the Garden beside Qi Jian under a responsibility entrusted by their master, but secretly cooperates with the demon plan and uses Mount Li trust as his weapon. He stabs Qi Jian, attacks Chen and Zhexiu, then later appears covered in sword wounds and near death, accusing the three survivors of colluding with demons. Because he is a Seven Law sacrificing his final breath and Zhuang Huanyu supports the account, the accusation gains enormous authority; its intended consequence is not merely their punishment but an internal crisis that can divide Mount Li and strike at Su Li. Appearance and personality

Liang has an icy, arrogant expression and normally maintains grave control. His loyalty appears impeccable until the Garden reveals how completely he can conceal resentment. Even at the end, he uses pain, blood loss, and his approaching death as parts of a calculated performance. (Chapters 221–232, 262–267, and 355–401)

Abilities and cultivation

He reaches middle Ethereal Opening while comprehending the Heavenly Tome Monoliths and commands Mount Li's strongest sword techniques. His swordplay is dangerous enough to challenge Chen despite Chen's higher nominal realm, but Liang's decisive weapon is strategic deception: he understands how sect loyalty and dying testimony will shape later judgment. Relationships

• Qi Jian: Qi Jian regards Liang as family until he stabs her and severs several meridians. Her hidden parentage and place in Mount Li are among the true targets of his plot. (Chapters 251–293 and 401)
• Zhuang Huanyu: Zhuang becomes the surviving corroborating witness for Liang's staged account, giving the accusation greater credibility after Liang dies. (Chapters 355–401)
• Su Li: Liang's broader purpose is to destabilize the sect around Su Li and exploit old Longevity Sect hostility toward him. (Chapters 401–410)
