Awakening in the Final War

The Overgod awakens when the World Crystal around the Celestial Hall shatters and the invading Magi enter the World of Gods. Although destruction of the Weave has already injured it, its appearance immediately changes the scale of the war: spatial authority immobilizes peak rank 8 beings and slows their thoughts until resistance is nearly impossible. The Magus Will answers with the law of time. Their clash creates the exceptionally stable Nirvana Battlefield and shifts the two World Wills into a hidden deadlock whose strength rises or falls with the inhabitants fighting for each world. Control and devouring

Leylin Farlier breaches the chamber where the exhausted World Wills are devouring one another, then activates a modified Tree of Life across both worlds. Because a World Will is composed of the world's collective consciousness, the network's control over living beings and native law-existences lets Leylin seize increasing authority over the Overgod. He forces it to blockade its own gods, merges it with the Magus Will, and absorbs their complementary laws as the foundation of his rank 9 advancement. The control and devouring are Leylin's project, not abilities the Overgod voluntarily exercises. (Chapters 1199–1200)

Appearance and personality

The Overgod appears only as an astonishingly powerful, indistinct existence rather than a clearly described body. It acts as a threatened World Will: willing to merge worlds from a dominant position, but fiercely resisting its own destruction and the subordination of the World of Gods. (Chapters 1193–1200)

Spatial law

The Overgod embodies the World of Gods' side of spacetime: authority over space. It can stabilize or freeze space, suppress teleportation, and form a blockade that cages even fleeing gods and peak rank 8 beings. Its presence also stagnates thought, leaving powerful invaders scarcely able to process events while sealed. The complementary law of time belongs to the Magus Will; the full spacetime seal in the finale is produced by the two Wills together rather than by the Overgod alone. (Chapters 1193 and 1200)

World-Will embodiment

Rather than a conventional god with a discrete mortal body, the Overgod is the collective consciousness, laws, and origin force of an entire world. It can appear as a blurry luminous figure representing everything in that world, and its strength is tied to the survival and victories of the beings native to it. This scale makes it overwhelmingly superior to individual peak rank 8s, but not truly omniscient or fully rank 9: it remains locked just below that threshold until it can devour the rival World Will. Limits and external control

Breaking the Weave injures the Overgod before its awakening, and the prolonged contest with the Magus Will drains both sides. The World Crystal is a protective shell, not its personal spell. More importantly, the Space Blockade used against the gods in Chapter 1200 is commanded by Leylin after the Tree of Life has seized the Overgod's collective consciousness. It demonstrates the Overgod's spatial capacity, but Leylin—not the Overgod's independent will—chooses the target and timing. (Chapters 1193–1200)
