Biography

A patient infiltration brought to silence

The Third Elder publicly presents himself as a measured council voice, even supporting Leo Skyshard's merits during the Dragon debate. Privately, he has long leaked council decisions to the Righteous Faction and betrays Noah's mission location. When Leo and Chaosbringer strip the old Elders of power inside the Time-Stilled World, he spends twenty-five years cultivating new orphaned agents until a pilot restores his communications, showing ambition surviving beneath apparent submission. Chaosbringer's counterintelligence eventually identifies the Elder network's hidden liabilities. By the latest report, the Third Elder has stopped responding across every fallback channel and is presumed neutralized; government analysts infer the Cult may have captured and interrogated him.
