Biography

Covert service, instruction, and resistance to reform

As an Elder, he contributes intelligence to the plan targeting Dupravel's family and directly sends the undercover Transcendent Karl his Time-Stilled World assignment. Later he hosts Leo Skyshard and Aegon Veyr on Planet Dodo, patiently drilling them through the difficult final stage of Disarm until Leo masters it. These scenes establish operational reach and technical expertise rather than a personal rise in rank. (Chapters 119, 284, and 572–576)

Decades after Leo and Chaosbringer reduce the old council to ceremonial status, the Eleventh Elder joins a secret gathering of displaced Elders. News of Soron's return gives them hope that public pressure can force an audience and restore the old order, and the Eleventh Elder supports leaking that truth despite checking the door for watchers. The scheme's later outcome and his final position are not directly established. (Chapter 842)
