Rebuilding Rodova around exceptional recruits

Fifteen years of finishing behind Geneva leaves Alric under institutional pressure to restore Rodova's standing, so he treats the new intake as a strategic problem rather than a ceremonial duty. Once Leo Skyshard and Su Yang prove exceptional, he protects the academy's commercial leverage, supports their selection, and turns their Circuits victory into a Rodova-wide celebration. His last direct scene shows that success complicated by Leo's public arrest warrant, which visibly unsettles him; the corpus does not establish his response afterward. Appearance and personality

Alric is in his sixties, broad-shouldered, gray-haired, blue-eyed, and scarred from battlefield service. Calm and imposing in formal settings, he can also be calculating and commercially shrewd, delaying sponsor negotiations to improve Rodova's bargaining position while showing rare open delight when his students succeed.
