King Iludar

King Iludar is a planetary monarch and coalition leader who becomes Ell’Hakan’s principal surviving lieutenant in the Milky Way conflict.

Biography

Administrator and political lieutenant

Iludar rises through competence rather than direct membership in one of the great multiversal factions, aligning his planetary coalition with Ell’Hakan and the Holy Church. The Prima event promotes him as an Administrator candidate, and he later joins Ell’Hakan and Jacob in negotiations with Jake’s side. He speaks little during the conference, but his measured presence and leadership of many allied worlds establish him as Ell’Hakan’s effective second-in-command. (Chapters 992, 1001–1003)

Final ambush and execution

After Ell’Hakan dies, Iludar gathers remaining elites, abandons weakened member planets, and launches a last ambush while Jake is away. Kindroth warns Miranda and turns the attack into a trap. Iludar surrenders with staff discarded and aura suppressed, then offers his life for his soldiers; Kindroth and William expose that he had first tried to escape alone. Miranda accepts the useful part of his offer, kills him through her swamp magic, and gives his soldiers a chance to be vetted and assimilated. (Chapters 1058, 1065, 1068, 1069)

Appearance and personality

The corpus identifies Iludar as a male monarch who carries a staff but supplies no stable features, species, clothing colors, or body description. His controlled diplomacy and dignified surrender mask an opportunistic survival instinct. He follows power, presents nobility to subordinates, and changes posture when a stronger patron or enemy controls his fate.

Path, class, and abilities

  • Monarchical leadership: Iludar’s clearest demonstrated strength is organizational. He unites elites from many planets, maintains their loyalty through a collapsing war, and reaches Administrator status through coalition performance.
  • Personal power: Miranda assesses him as moderately powerful, and his visible combat focus is a staff and suppressible aura. The corpus does not name his class, affinity, attack skills, or energy costs, so a more specific magical kit cannot be grounded.
  • Political negotiation: He participates in secure interplanetary projection conferences and helps authorize a truce. His restraint makes his intentions harder for Jake to read, but it does not translate into loyalty after Ell’Hakan falls.
  • Limits and latest state: Iludar depends on stronger alliances and conventional forces. When his hidden army enters a prepared trap, he cannot reverse the battle, and after voluntarily dispelling his aura he cannot remobilize before Miranda’s spell pulls him under. He is dead by Chapter 1065.

Relationships

  • Ell’Hakan supplies the power structure Iludar follows. Iludar becomes his lieutenant without requiring deep Bloodline manipulation because fear and ambition already keep him aligned.
  • Miranda Wells defeats his final offensive and initially considers whether his leadership could be useful, then executes him when his attempted abandonment of his soldiers is exposed.
  • Kindroth helps bait Iludar’s ambush, interrupts his escape, and dismantles the honorable image he uses during surrender.
  • William confirms the deceit in Iludar’s explanations through karmic sensitivity, closing off his attempt to bargain for survival.
