Kim Sukho

Kim Sukho is a former president of South Korea who retains power inside the Hero Association after leaving office. His covert use of assassins and manipulation of Djinn incidents preserve that authority until Yoo Yeonha's coalition exposes and arrests him.

Biography

Power behind the Association

Sukho is first identified as South Korea's sitting president and later accused of branding the honest Jin Younghwan a Djinn agent to suppress embarrassing information. After leaving office, he remains an authoritative Association figure whose appetite for power has not diminished. He supports the Mountain Sage assassins as a weapon against the Chameleon Troupe and Black Lotus, then helps direct Association strategy during the Orden crisis while Yi Yukho holds the official chairmanship. (Chapters 68–284)

Exposure and arrest

After Baal's defeat, Sukho continues working behind the Association's formal leadership and attempts to weaken Essence of the Strait before Yoo Yeonha can challenge him. Her coalition instead turns a public ceremony into an investigation. Chae Joochul reads the names of corrupt officials, Yoo Jangwon broadcasts evidence that Sukho and Yi Yukho engineered Djinn incidents to maintain authority, and Chae Nayun blocks their attempt to resist. Both men are arrested, ending Sukho's hold on the Association. (Chapters 333–374)

Appearance and personality

The corpus gives no stable physical description for Kim Sukho. He is calculating, power-hungry, and willing to use political labels, assassins, and manufactured violence against rivals. When exposed, he reacts with desperation and tries to exploit old relationships rather than accept the evidence. (Chapters 114, 272–284, and 368–374)
