Biography

A sociable heir of Golden Feather Sect

Miaoshui identifies Tianhuo as the youngest Daoist Master of Golden Feather’s Tianzi generation. Others describe him as the indulged late-born son of a powerful sect figure who once had a wastrel’s reputation, though he presents himself with charm and courtesy. As the sect sought closer ties with the Li family, Tianhuo visited in person, praised their standing, and reinforced a long-running alliance through exchange and cooperation. (Chapters 1176, 1485–1487, 1561–1562)

Broker of alliances and secret realms

Tianhuo works with Li Ximing during the exploration of Southern Reach Hall, using a divine ability to scan the secret realm and identify clues to ancient Dao lineages. He shares that knowledge, helps coordinate their juniors’ entry, and engages rival Daoist Masters in pointed political exchanges. His ability had shown no obvious breakthrough for decades, a stagnation that rivals use to needle him. (Chapters 1562–1565)

Counselor at the Heavenly Order

In later years, Tianhuo appears beside Li Zhouwei at the Wei court and explains how the Star of Cultivation and Martiality protects the king’s sons, while warning that its response cannot prevent every deliberate atrocity. He also advises the court on the northern frontier, balancing sect concerns against worldly conflict. (Chapters 1695–1696)

Appearance and personality

Tianhuo has an easy, charming bearing and often speaks with a smile. His relaxed manner is paired with quiet mystery and a precise understanding of the people and powers around him. (Chapters 1497, 1562–1563, 1695)

Abilities and cultivation

Tianhuo is a mid-stage Purple Mansion cultivator. His divine ability can scan an area for hidden features and traces of ancient lineages, though its full mechanics are not explained; his mastery had not visibly advanced for decades by Chapter 1564. (Chapters 1563–1564)
