Sykes

Sykes, known as Purple Snake, is the Calamity Grade captain of the Purple Snake Space Pirates. His attempt to recover Befuli by threatening Black Star Army players leads Han Xiao directly to his fleet and ends his command.

Biography

Mutation Disaster and the Secret War

Sykes captures immortal Black Star mercenaries and threatens to sell them unless Han returns Befuli. He arranges a remote exchange because he fears confronting Black Star personally, and initially believes his coercion succeeded. Han marks Befuli, follows the recovery ship to the Purple Snake fleet, and infiltrates Sykes's flagship. Sykes fights with corrosive gel, but Han hacks the fleet, turns its own guns against him, and captures him nearly dead. The Purple Snake Space Pirates collapse, their ships are seized, and Sykes becomes a prisoner in Base No. 1. Han repeatedly extracts his Super-Gene for Ability Potions while postponing collection of his bounty. (Chapters 593–604)

Appearance and personality
