Harrison

Harrison Moore is an interstellar free explorer whose extraordinary intuition repeatedly places him beside events of universal importance. After his team inadvertently releases the Virtual Mutiny Virus, Han Xiao saves him from permanent imprisonment and turns Harrison's unusual luck toward exploration, eventually making him a central figure in the search for the World Tree.

Biography

Intelligent Plague and the Association

Harrison is a young explorer who abandons the prospect of inheriting his family's financial group in favor of archaeology and adventure. During the excavation of an unknown ruin, his intuition warns him against disturbing a triangular safe, but his team removes and sells it anyway. The device releases the Virtual Mutiny Virus and makes the explorers scapegoats for the resulting disaster. Han Xiao secures their release, recruits Harrison after discovering his Advanced Luck Glow, and later uses both Harrison's guesses and his presence as good-luck support while hunting the virus core. (Chapters 1094, 1099, 1103, 1107, and 1119)

Sanctum Revival and the Super Crisis

Han Xiao assigns Harrison to the joint expedition into the deeper secondary dimensions, supplying him with protective equipment, a Lord's Avatar, and a Throne that can summon assistance. Harrison is frightened by the danger and initially protests that the enormous fleet should not need him, but he nevertheless joins the long search for the World Tree's main body. The assignment transforms him from a reluctant lucky charm into an experienced expedition member whose survival becomes strategically important to Han Xiao. (Chapter 1313)

The World Tree War

Harrison's fleet is swallowed by the Realmless King, but Han Xiao rescues him and the dimensional entity grants Harrison a high-level contract, a mark, and limited access to its power. He later returns to expedition duty voluntarily even after learning that Jenny is pregnant, arguing that his luck should help end the refugees' fear and that he will not abandon his colleagues. Hayleen's pursuit of his fleet indirectly leads the Pivotal Snake to a poisoned dimension, prompting Han Xiao to virtualize it and obtain the World Tree's coordinates. Harrison is recalled with his contribution fulfilled, reunites with Jenny, and after the war explores ruins with her and their child. (Chapters 1365–1368, 1430, 1432–1433, 1444, and 1461)

Appearance and personality

Harrison is described as young when Han Xiao first meets him, but the supplied corpus gives no stable physical details beyond his later exploration gear. He is curious, instinctive, and initially easily frightened by powerful people and lethal expeditions. Years of danger deepen that curiosity into responsibility: he knowingly accepts risk for his colleagues, refugees, partner, and unborn child rather than relying on Han Xiao's protection to remain safe. (Chapters 1094, 1103, 1107, 1313, and 1430)

Abilities and class

Harrison begins as a low-strength explorer whose defining ability is the golden Advanced Luck Glow. Its effects are expressed through improbable discoveries, warnings, and coincidences rather than direct combat, and Han Xiao repeatedly uses Harrison as a good-luck influence. The Realmless King's contract later optimizes Harrison's body, brands him with a mark, and lets him borrow a measure of secondary-dimensional power remotely. By the epilogue he can casually smash obstructing rock, but he remains known primarily as an explorer rather than a frontline combatant. (Chapters 1094, 1103, 1170, 1365–1368, and 1461)

Relationships

  • Han Xiao: Han Xiao obtains Harrison's release, recognizes the strategic value of his luck, equips his expeditions, and repeatedly rescues or redirects him. Harrison treats him with gratitude and respect while eventually developing the confidence to reject his advice to leave the war effort.
  • Jenny: Their initially ambiguous relationship matures while Harrison spends years on expedition duty. They become partners, have a child, and choose a shared life of postwar exploration.
  • Realmless King: After swallowing Harrison's fleet, the dimensional entity releases him at Han Xiao's request and grants him an unusually powerful contract and mark.
  • Pivotal Snake: Harrison does not command the creature directly, but the chain of coincidences around his fleet helps trigger its transformation and the discovery of the World Tree's coordinates.

Items

Harrison owns no persistent named personal item in the supplied corpus. Han Xiao provides high-grade protective equipment, an expedition ship, a Lord's Avatar, and a Throne for the secondary-dimension mission, while Harrison and Jenny later wear automated army exploration suits during their family expeditions.
