Goa

Goa, known as Ice Sorcerer, is a Three-Ring officer of the Sky Ring Army and the field leader of the mercenary team that first works alongside Han Xiao's newly formed Black Star Mercenary Group. She is a pure Ice Mage whose reserved demeanor conceals a conscientious concern for the people under her command.

The Black Star Mercenary Group

Goa leads Sky Ring's contribution to the rescue of kidnapped Silvers and initially treats the unknown Black Star group as minor partners, though she reassesses them after sensing two Grade B Supers. When the trail points toward Floating Dragon, she warns Han Xiao that Sky Ring's name will not protect an affiliate and recommends reconsidering the danger, revealing concern beneath her cold manner. She then helps plan and command the joint operation, freezes weapons without destroying them, and survives imprisonment when the rescue becomes entangled with Horlaide, Ember, and Floating Dragon's authorities. Han Xiao ultimately turns the situation around, leaving Goa ashamed that she spent much of the mission captive but grateful enough to part with a sincere invitation to cooperate again. Mutation Disaster and the Secret War

Years later, Goa remains the same Sky Ring officer working near the Fawn Star System. A routine mission against the Bullseye rebels becomes a disaster when their hidden leader proves to be Grade A, far beyond Goa's Grade B strength. Wounded and exhausted, she keeps her surviving team moving, requests aid from the Black Star Army, and shields everyone when their aircraft is destroyed. Lagi arrives before the killing blow, defeats the attackers, and evacuates the mercenaries. The rescue confirms Goa alive and still responsible for her team, but seeing the Black Star Army field a powerful Calamity Grade officer makes her painfully aware of how far Han Xiao's organization has advanced beyond her own position. Appearance and personality

Goa is a tall woman with light-blue long hair, clear blue eyes, a hooded white-blue mage robe, and a void-like voice. She seems as cold as her element and often frowns when assessing unfamiliar people, yet she is fair, protective, and professional: she warns partners about danger, supports fellow mercenaries without complaint, and spends her last strength shielding her team. Abilities and class

Goa is a Grade B pure Ice Mage who specializes completely in ice magic. Her spells freeze weapons and flying devices with enough control to avoid damage, create ice shields and barriers, and raise massive ice structures from underground. She also uses a spherical magic shield to preserve her team through an aircraft explosion. Her specialization provides powerful control and focused spell strength, but it cannot bridge the gap to a Calamity Grade opponent. (Chapters 370, 400, 404, and 651)
