Fosters

Fosters, fully introduced as Fosters-Slott, is Bloodshed Land's Chief Vanguard Official and one of Heber's most loyal subordinates. The later uses of “Fosters” consistently refer to this same dragon-blooded Pugilist, whose fierce institutional pride turns Han Xiao and then Hila into personal benchmarks.

Biography

Mutation Disaster and the Secret War

Fosters enters the secret war determined to kill Black Star for humiliating Bloodshed Land at an earlier Tyrant gathering. Although his worship of Heber makes that grudge intense, he still accepts that the campaign's overall orders come first. He confronts Han Xiao as a Grade A+ Pugilist, learns that the Indestructible Body converts some incoming damage into recovery, and quickly proposes destroying the mechanical army before pinning its commander down. The plan fails to secure the kill even after all eight Vanguard Officials join the assault. Later, Fosters and the other Calamity Grades strike Hadavy to propel him toward a stargate, while Fosters uses Star Shaking Fist before Han Xiao's machines restrain him. The Evolution Cube and Crimson Dynasty

When Heber seeks peace with the newly risen Black Star, Fosters obeys but cannot hide his resentment. He greets Han Xiao and Ames stiffly, then challenges the Black Star Guards in an effort to recover pride for Bloodshed Land; Heber orders him to withdraw before his proposed duel with Hila begins. Their later meeting preserves the rivalry, with Fosters and Hila confronting each other as equivalent captains of opposing elite units. His aggression also serves Bloodshed Land's wider authority: during pressure on the Star Pupil Holy Race, he slams an official's head into a table and threatens harsher violence for disrespect. Fosters' confidence is tested as Han Xiao surpasses Heber. He rebukes another Vanguard Official for doubting the Tyrant before their duel, yet privately sweats over the same possibility. News that Hila has also reached Beyond Grade A deepens his frustration. Fosters has dark-red skin, a square jaw, a sharp gaze, and thin dragon scales around his eyes, lips, and temples. Heavy armor cannot hide his burly, unusually tall build. He is stern, violent, proud, and openly hostile to Bloodshed Land's enemies, yet his defining trait is loyalty to Heber: he obeys unwanted peace orders, defends the Tyrant's reputation, and finally risks Heber's anger to protect him. Fosters is a Grade A+ Pugilist and one of Bloodshed Land's eight Vanguard Officials. He fights through immense physical force, high-speed charges, dark-red Pugilist flames, ranged shockwave blasts, and Star Shaking Fist.
