Philosopher's Key

The Philosopher's Key is Randidly's first Fateset piece, a cool-gold key built around karmic paths and spatial passage. After maturing, it evolves into the Alchemist's Passport and ultimately becomes part of Acri's final observed transformation. (Chapters 1180, 1842, 2324)

History

A key forged from Fate

Randidly condenses his available Fates into a golden key influenced by Chulroon's legacy, Yggdrasil, and Ignition Essence. The new relic immediately demonstrates its purpose by opening a portal. It later follows karma to open and close paths, reaches Level 100, and begins pointing Randidly toward the next member of his Fateset. (Chapters 1180, 1232, 1246–1247)

Routes through obstructed karma

The Key is powerful but not absolute. When a destination's karma is deliberately obscured, Randidly must build an image bridge before it can complete the route. In a later emergency, it opens a direct passage to the dying Raymund Ballast. (Chapters 1380, 1607)

Passport and Alpha Keyspear

The mature Key evolves into the Alchemist's Passport, expanding its identity as a relic of passage. During Randidly's last observed transformation of Acri, the Passport fuses with the living weapon to create Acri, Alpha Keyspear. (Chapters 1842, 2324)

Abilities and properties

• Its original form is a cool-gold physical key capable of opening spatial portals. (Chapter 1180)
• It reads karmic connections as routes and can open or close paths along them. (Chapters 1232, 1247)
• Deliberately obstructed karma can prevent an automatic passage, requiring Randidly to supply a bridge through his images. (Chapter 1380)
• At Level 100 it matures and helps locate the next Fateset piece. (Chapters 1246–1247)
• Its final observed function is incorporated into Acri's Alpha Keyspear form. (Chapter 2324)
