Gauntlet of the Tide
The Gauntlet of the Tide is a Unique artifact forged by Randidly for Charlotte Wick when he names her Knight of the Tide. It combines Randidly's craftsmanship with the remnant wish of Helen, his first Knight, and grants Charlotte access to Helen's defining Fusion Domain. (Chapter 2313)
History
Investiture of the new Knight
Randidly sends the Gauntlet through the storm surrounding him as part of Charlotte's investiture. She slips it onto her left hand while taking up its paired relic, the Horn of the First Herald, and Randidly names her the figure who will lead his Heralds in his absence. The Gauntlet immediately bonds to her as a Unique Item. (Chapter 2313)
Abilities and properties
- It is formed by Randidly's touch and the potent remnant wish of Helen, the first Knight of the Tide. (Chapter 2313)
- Bonding grants Charlotte +200 to all Stats. (Chapter 2313)
- Its owner gains the Fusion Domain Helen's Sea, Cradle of Unlikely Lives. (Chapter 2313)
- The artifact's version of the Domain is set at Skill Level 1500, but Charlotte initially accesses only a Level 200 portion until her own mastery grows. (Chapter 2313)
- It is one of two iconic items of the Knight of the Tide, paired with the Horn of the First Herald. (Chapter 2313)
