Lord Cerulean
Lord Cerulean is Cerulean City’s formidable ruler, a political predator whose power, paternal authority, and experiments with Fate shape the Aether Heartlands. (Chapters 2020, 2027, and 2128)
Biography
A wounded lord pursues power beyond Level 100
Fatia Cerulean supervises Westrisser’s experiments and approaches Randidly with enough stealth and image pressure to make the Nether King wary. He intervenes when Larson’s schemes provoke Devick, presenting paternal discipline as effortless authority while refusing his daughter’s preferred meaning. A later battle grievously wounds him and threatens the Aether Heartlands, but he recovers enough to resume planning. His ambition turns toward granting life to Paths, leveling beyond one hundred, and testing what happens when an unfinished Fate attempts a Grand Fate. (Chapters 2020, 2023, 2025, 2027, 2068, 2078, 2100, 2120, and 2128)
Appearance and personality
Fatia’s most explicit features are powerful image ripples and a bearing that lets him remain out of sight while dominating a tent. Precise bodily details are limited; his speech alternates amused courtesy, clipped paternal command, and growling frustration. (Chapters 2025, 2027, and 2078)
Abilities and progression
Lord Cerulean wields an image strong enough to alter the emotional weather of a scene and is judged more powerful than Bleak Sky. He understands Path animation, advancement beyond Level 100, Fate creation, and risky Grand Fate foundations. Severe wounds still remove him from immediate action, and his experiments depend on other specialists such as Westrisser. (Chapters 2023, 2025, 2031, 2068, 2100, and 2128)
Relationships
Larson Cerulean is his daughter and subordinate. Westrisser conducts experiments under him, Devick becomes entangled in his Grand Fate curiosity, and Randidly is both potential instrument and rival. (Chapters 2020, 2025, 2027, and 2128)
Items
No enduring named personal item is established. (Chapters 2020–2128)
