Biography

Growing up with Donnyton

Kiersty is eight years old when Randidly finds her and her twin Nathan pulling weeds between Donnyton's settlements, already contributing to survival despite being the community's youngest members. She grows within the society those first defenders build and later chafes at enforced rest after injury. Her impatience to leave bed reflects both a stubborn personality and the transformation of Donnyton's children into capable participants in the world their elders created. (Chapters 65, 125, 1293)

Kiersty begins as a small eight-year-old child and later becomes an active young woman. She is energetic, stubborn, and resistant to being treated as fragile.
