Jemma is twelve when she asks to help the quiet stranger feeding desperate survivors, choosing usefulness despite fear. Later she becomes entangled with Zith and the Wild Rider’s Regalia, creating the composite presentation Jemma/Zith during a violent confrontation. A wound through her right chest does not immediately kill her, and her strangely happy persistence illustrates both the Regalia’s power and the danger of a child’s identity being occupied by an older martial inheritance. Appearance and personality
