Creta's name first appears in the remembered hope of her parents, Massy and Halt, before her later life becomes inseparable from Alta and Lucretia. When Randidly considers the lands balanced on the World Tree, Creta makes clear that she will remain at Alta's side until Alta's journey reaches its conclusion.
