Biography

A failed bout becomes a demand for truth

Beatrice meets a competitor after what she calls a shameful display, offers a hand, and asks for another meeting in the final tournament so she can redeem herself. Her earnestness carries her forward, but Drake defeats her overwhelmingly before she can claim that reversal. Much later she remains in a cabin with the Patron of Blades, struggling through erratic moods, resentment toward Pine, and memories of being imprisoned to prevent revelation. Appearance and personality

Beatrice is a young blonde woman whose hair bounces around her face during training. She blushes easily in her first meeting and can admit shame directly, combining vulnerability with a serious wish to improve. (Chapters 1815 and 1855)

Abilities and progression

Beatrice is physically trained and qualifies for elite tournament combat, but Drake defeats her decisively and her personal Skill set is not named. Her later endurance is psychological: she remains present while memories of betrayal and confinement destabilize her. The Patron of Blades offers company, not a demonstrated transfer of his powers.
