Escape, return, and succession

Abigail first appears amid an assassin attack, traveling under Seaweed's protection after Carlito's faction captures Elyn and takes control of the Blue Magic Tower. Although frightened by the coup, Abigail presses to rescue the prisoners rather than remain safely in exile. She explains the tower's loyalty-rune system, asks Kai to let her guide him inside, and then searches the dungeons for her mother while he holds off Carlito.
