Gordon
Gordon is one of Gustav's former school bullies and the source of the Energy Transmutation bloodline. The assault on Charles carried out in Gordon's shape is Gustav's act, not Gordon's.
Biography
The club ambush
Gordon leaves school with Charles for a familiar night at a club, unaware that Gustav Oslov has tampered with his food. Severe stomach pain isolates him in a bathroom, where Gustav chokes him unconscious and extracts his bloodline. Gustav heals and restrains Gordon rather than killing him, then uses Gordon's appearance and mannerisms to approach Charles. (Chapters 75–79)
Surviving without his bloodline
The “Gordon” who beats Charles, breaks his barrier, and extracts his bloodline is Gustav in disguise. The real Gordon later reports that an unknown man attacked him, while Charles insists Gordon was responsible, leaving the school unable to reconcile their accounts. Both survive, but Gordon loses his abilities and his position as a substitute duelist amid the resulting panic. (Chapters 77–81)
Appearance and personality
The corpus does not provide a detailed physical portrait of Gordon. His speech and behavior are haughty, lewd, and bullying, and Gustav deliberately imitates those traits to make the disguise credible. Gordon's genuine conduct should nevertheless remain distinct from the later disguised assault. (Chapters 75–80)
Bloodlines and abilities
Gordon originally possesses Energy Transmutation, which can impart corrosive properties to energy or contact effects. Gustav extracts it at only twenty-seven percent compatibility, leaving Gordon powerless; the barrier-breaking palms later shown in Gordon's form belong to Gustav using stolen abilities, not a direct feat by Gordon.
