Colonel Oxlar is the MBO officer who briefs Gustav's squad on dismantling the three hostile governing factions and firmly establishes Gustav as its commander.

Biography

Defining the two-month campaign

Oxlar explains that the squad must weaken Zaliban, Lanzi, and Routilia forces, destroy advanced-weapons stockpiles, and assassinate three influential governing figures within two months. His map and target briefing turns the aftermath of Leoluch into a coordinated campaign against both leadership and supply chains rather than a series of isolated raids. (Chapters 586–587)

Backing Gustav's command

Oxlar assigns Felgro, Fiona, Darkyl, Ildan, and Mill under Gustav Oslov. When Felgro objects to Gustav's youth and lower visible bloodline rank, the colonel treats the challenge as insubordination, reveals Gustav is a senior Argent officer, and lets him decide punishment. Oxlar then supplies equipment, cover identities, and a formal farewell, reinforcing command before departure. (Chapters 588–590)
