Fiona is a flight-capable MBO officer assigned to Gustav's Burning Sands squad.

Biography

The Burning Sands infiltration

Fiona enters the operation under Gustav Oslov and repeatedly serves as the team's fastest aerial scout and courier. She survives a shockwave by getting farther from its center than the others, infiltrates enemy territory, and carries Darkyl while keeping pace with Gustav. The mission also places her values under pressure: after Gustav finds Chief Brad, Fiona races to stop an unnecessary killing but arrives to find him decapitated. Her inability to change the outcome closes the mission with the criminal network broken and her misgivings about her commander unresolved. (Chapters 587, 623–650, and 655–657)

Appearance and personality

The corpus gives Fiona little fixed physical description beyond the purplish wings manifested by her bloodline. She is alert, practical, and willing to question operational uncertainty. Her urgent attempt to spare Chief Brad shows compassion even when she knows Gustav is unlikely to listen. (Chapters 627 and 655–657)

Bloodlines and abilities

Fiona sprouts purplish wings that allow very fast flight. A single powerful flap can throw dust and people aside, and she can carry another officer while maintaining combat speed. Flight gives her superior escape and scouting range, but it does not let her arrive before Gustav once he has already reached a target. (Chapters 623, 644–650, and 655–657)
