Wu Tong
Wu Tong is the chief instructor who runs the Dojo of Limits' Yangzhou Limit Hall. He administers fighter examinations, mediates disputes among local fighters, and becomes one of the first officials to recognize and accurately report Luo Feng's exceptional development.

Certifying a prospective fighter
Wu Tong presides over Luo Feng's prospective-fighter examination, operating the strength, speed, and reaction tests and explaining what their numbers mean in actual combat.
