Ji Hong
Ji Hong is an emperor-limit undying captured during Luo Feng's Star Tower hunting campaign and selected to wield the Ancient Clock. His knowledge of the Twin Whirlpools and compatibility with the clock make him central to the staged attack that weakens Tian Chen Emperor enough for Luo Feng to seize control of another powerful servant. (Chapters 896–903)
Biography
Battlefields and the Blade River Era
Luo Feng identifies Ji Hong as one of four slaves important enough to control directly and gives him the Ancient Clock because his fire-and-space comprehension suits its embedded technique. Ji Hong then uses a marker from earlier travels to guide Luo Feng's group into the lethal Twin Whirlpools, explaining the alternating gravity and repulsion while warning that an inaccurate teleport can destroy an emperor. That local knowledge delivers the party safely to Tian Chen's position and allows Luo Feng to hide the real purpose of the expedition behind an apparently accidental encounter. (Chapters 896 and 897)
On Luo Feng's order, Ji Hong, Fu Shui, and Mountain Howl burn godly power and attack Tian Chen's group without accepting offers to withdraw. When Tian Chen uses the Separation Tower, Ji Hong shelters his allies inside the Ancient Clock and triggers Demon Note Fire Clock; the penetrating sound reduces Tian Chen's remaining godly body from roughly eighty-two percent to about one third without killing him. This controlled injury enables Luo Feng's soul specialists to subdue Tian Chen, after which Ji Hong helps present the encounter as a human-camp rescue and remains an obedient servant in later battlefield logistics. (Chapters 898–900 and 903)
Appearance and personality
Ji Hong is described as a black-furred emperor with a malevolent smile during combat. The corpus gives no stable height, clothing, or pre-capture temperament. After enslavement he is respectful toward Luo Feng, careful when guiding the group through danger, and relentless once ordered to attack, continuing despite Tian Chen's attempts to negotiate. Those actions demonstrate obedience under soul control rather than enough evidence for a free, independent personality profile. (Chapters 896–899)
Abilities and progression
As an emperor limit, Ji Hong has an undying body, teleportation, strong law comprehension, and the capacity to burn godly power in top-level battlefield combat. The Ancient Clock provides both defense and the light-speed Demon Note Fire Clock attack, whose sound passes through Tian Chen's tower and heavily depletes his body. The clock is assigned by Luo Feng rather than shown as Ji Hong's original possession, and no later promotion, release, or independent ultimate technique is established. (Chapters 896–900)
