Fu Shui Emperor is an emperor-limit Undying whom Luo Feng enslaves and assigns the true treasure Ice Net.
Biography
Serving as one of Luo Feng's strongest slaves
Luo Feng selects Fu Shui for soul control because his abilities suit Ice Net, making him the last of a group of powerful servants. Together with Ji Hong and Mountain Howl, Fu Shui burns Undying energy during the confrontation with Tian Chen and survives forces expected only to injure emperor limits of their strength. He later accompanies Luo Feng on the long journey toward Black Flower Region and explains that none of the far-traveled servants knows a shorter route. (Chapters 896–899 and 912)
Appearance and personality
Fu Shui has jade-green skin. The corpus shows little independent personality after his enslavement; his dialogue is practical and addresses the difficulty of navigating remote universe secret regions. (Chapters 898 and 912)
Abilities and progression
He is an emperor-limit Undying and one of Luo Feng's strongest nine slaves. Ice Net makes him especially valuable in coordinated combat, while burning Undying energy raises his raw strength above Tian Chen's for the relevant exchange. (Chapters 896–899)
