Biography

Independent power in the Endless Primordial Space

Feather Emperor observes the Cultivator Lords' victory over a much larger Ancestor force alongside Kafu and envies the coordination that lets eight Lords suppress seventy-three Ancestors. The Feather Realm ruler remains outside the three principal camps, leading a smaller independent group while standing among the strongest unaffiliated existences. When later conflict reshapes the Endless Primordial Space, Feather Emperor uses the Feather Realm and its World Envoys to hold back Infinite Ancestor in direct battle. Feather Emperor later refuses to join renewed war against the cultivators, who cultivate friendly relations with several independent powers while limiting territorial expansion. From that position, the Emperor judges that ordinary Ancestors will no longer enter the struggle readily and declares that the order of the Endless Primordial Space has changed. The refusal leaves Feather Emperor alive and independent at the corpus endpoint. (Chapter 1974)

Appearance and personality

Feather Emperor is a feathered being whose body is covered in warm white feathers. The Emperor can tolerate Kafu's teasing, admires effective cooperation without immediately joining it, and ultimately favors independence over entering a coalition whose war no longer serves the Feather Realm's interests. (Chapter 1897)

Abilities and cultivation

Feather Emperor masters two highest-level powers: Light Power and Feather Power. Their combination permits omnipresent movement comparable to Infinite Ancestor's and aggressive frontal combat. Within the Feather Realm, territorial support and the coordinated strength of all World Envoys let Feather Emperor suppress Infinite Ancestor temporarily, although the Emperor admits that a true one-on-one battle would favor that opponent. The exact resurrection mechanics behind the undying-and-undying classification are not explained. (Chapters 1908 and 1928)
