Siegfried Dracoon
Siegfried Dracoon is a resurrected six-star Summon whose damaged constitution initially prevents him from fighting. His greater value lies in the Sacred Knight Temple, Holy Power instruction, and the ability to turn Starless Summons into disciplined Blessed Squires, Holy Knights, and Sacred Knights. Over decades, his school becomes one of the foundations of Michael Fang's mass army, and Siegfried eventually leads its forces personally.
Biography
War Rune Awakening and the First Territory
The young knight who pledges himself to Michael in Chapter 53 is Siegfried Sertan, not Siegfried Dracoon. Sertan kneels beside Herald Levian and swears to defend the weak as an ordinary knight trainee. Dracoon is not present in this early territory phase, and the shared first name does not establish reincarnation, alias continuity, or any other connection between the two men. (Chapter 53)
Battle Exchange and Interdimensional Flag War
Michael summons Dracoon from a Legendary Summoning Scroll as a six-star old man in massive silver armor, carrying a heavy broadsword and a functional prosthetic arm. Siegfried accepts the Link of Loyalty reluctantly and admits that damage to his constitution prevents him from fighting. He instead offers the complete Sacred Knight Temple archive and two temple-linked traits: Holy Power stimulation and Instruction, turning an apparent combat disappointment into the foundation of a new military institution. (Chapters 406–408)
Siegfried does not grant that legacy blindly. Sensing recent deaths and weakened trust in the territory, he privately resolves to destroy his own inheritance rather than let an unworthy Lord possess it. Michael's care for his subjects gradually answers that concern. Even before the temple's Basic Level is finished, Siegfried opens trainees' Holy Seas, helps two Starless Summons gather ten droplets of Holy Power, and promotes them into Blessed Squires within days. (Chapters 407, 415–423)
He also becomes Michael's personal instructor, forcing him to train without Soultraits and test many weapons instead of treating exceptional abilities as a complete fighting style. Siegfried's Holy Sword Style does not ultimately suit Michael, but the harsh lessons teach him to analyze movement, weapon compatibility, and the danger of having Soultraits sealed. Siegfried further explains Aether's versatility and warns that his own possession of it attracted powerhouses and caused his death. (Chapters 418, 422–423, 464, 501, 513)
Savannah Alliances and Regional War
As Michael's territory enters the Savannah conflict, Siegfried shifts from individual instruction to command. He coordinates Holy Knights, mages, and other Summons from the expedition, fitting their disciplined formation around the more mobile Awakened. During the Council of Xylon's failed surprise attack, his students become one of the forces killing more enemies than the Trilance armies, proving that his temple system can turn low-star recruits into an organized battlefield arm rather than ceremonial knights. (Chapters 559–579)
Casualties and rapid expansion make replenishment his central pressure. Siegfried, Master Tigris, and Legion immediately train newly summoned soldiers while Michael equips them, hoping the Sacred Knight Temple can awaken useful occupations among hundreds of Starless recruits. After the Regional War, Siegfried reports that only six thousand soldiers remain and rejects the idea that such an exhausted force can occupy the entire Savannah, helping redirect victory toward raiding rather than untenable conquest. (Chapters 642–648, 683)
Arx, the Sacred Desert, and Bloodline Revelations
Siegfried remains behind with the other instructors when Michael deploys the Untamed Awakened and Valyr strike teams, accepting that rebuilding the army matters more than accompanying every offensive. He trains newcomers from Arx, sustains the temple's routines, and participates in the territory's monthly championships. His contribution in this phase is institutional: the Untamed Army keeps growing and competing even while Michael's attention moves between the Savannah, Sacred Desert, and family revelations. (Chapters 651, 671–721)
The Nest and the Supreme Human Alliance
Michael grants Siegfried access to the Summoning Gates, including their summoning and portal functions, formalizing his authority over recruitment and deployment. Alongside Master Tigris and Legion, he uses academies, training grounds, and the Sacred Knight Temple to expand the military beyond one hundred thousand members. The work turns the territory's abundance of Starless Summons into a resource without pretending that every recruit can achieve the same occupation or rank. (Chapters 778, 866–870)
The results remain selective but extraordinary by Siegfried's experience. Of roughly half a million Starless trainees, fewer than one hundred thousand become Blessed Squires, fewer than ten thousand become Holy Knights, and only about a dozen reach Sacred Knight. Siegfried is delighted rather than disappointed because the Sacred Knight rate is roughly double the one-in-one-hundred-thousand result he considers normal, which he attributes to Michael's treatment, the environment, and support from the other instructors. (Chapters 883–886)
God Wars and the Primal Conflict
By the Fae Union campaign, Siegfried personally leads nearly one hundred thousand temple knights into battle. Their Holy Power blocks massed projectiles and dragon bolts while Spirit Armaments and long experience let them defeat several peers at the same rank. This frontline role contrasts with his initial claim that his constitution made combat impossible. The corpus shows the change but never identifies a healing, advancement, or chapter in which that limitation is explicitly removed. (Chapter 1002)
Siegfried later helps design fair access to Promotion Globes and supports upgrading the temple to unlock four-star Saints and Ancient Knights of the Silent Goddess. He resists a pricing scheme that would frustrate ordinary Summons, then agrees once advancement requirements and subsidies preserve meaningful effort. The Will finally reveals that it arranged Siegfried's summoning primarily so he would warn Michael about Aethyr's danger, making the successful temple legacy an important but unintended additional outcome. (Chapters 1020–1023, 1073)
Appearance and personality
Siegfried appears as a roughed-up man in his seventies or eighties, wearing silver armor so heavy that it drags his Tierless body downward. A huge broadsword is fastened across his back, and one missing arm has been replaced by a prosthetic that moves like an ordinary limb. The corpus does not specify his hair color, eye color, exact height, or how his appearance changes by the late Fae Union war. (Chapter 406)
He is proud, skeptical, disciplined, and protective of his legacy. Calling a new master “Lord” initially displeases him, and he evaluates Michael's worth before committing the temple's future. Once convinced, Siegfried becomes a candid adviser who praises good policy but challenges weak plans, whether the issue is occupying the Savannah or pricing Promotion Globes. His humor and satisfaction with unlikely trainees temper a demanding instructional style built around patience and earned competence. (Chapters 406–423, 683, 886, 1023)
Sacred Knight instruction and combat abilities
Six-star Summon and Holy Power
Siegfried is summoned with a six-star identity reflecting his former achievements and potential, but star rating does not erase the constitution injury that initially prevents combat. His temple bond lets him channel Holy Power through trainees, accelerate the opening of a Holy Sea, and help them accumulate the ten droplets required for the first Blessed Squire promotion. Potential, loyalty, belief, and sustained work still matter; he cannot guarantee that every Starless Summon will advance. (Chapters 406–407, 423)
The Sacred Knight line progresses from one-star Blessed Squire to two-star Holy Knight and three-star Sacred Knight. A later Advanced Temple plan adds four-star Saints and Ancient Knights of the Silent Goddess, while Promotion Globes may permit further star growth with falling success rates. These are occupations Siegfried cultivates in others, not a demonstrated formal progression for Siegfried himself, whose own starting six-star state and later rank remain unchanged or unstated. (Chapters 407, 883–886, 1023)
Instruction and weapon training
Siegfried's Instruction trait lets Summons learn weapon use and combat principles in roughly half the normal time, with its strength increasing alongside the Sacred Knight Temple's construction. He teaches Holy Power attacks, movement, longsword fundamentals, and disciplined formation work. His training also benefits Awakened such as Michael, although Michael's broad, Soultrait-heavy style proves incompatible with Siegfried's Holy Sword Style and requires adaptation rather than imitation. (Chapters 407, 415–423, 464, 501)
Sacred Knight Temple leadership
The temple is both the source and multiplier of Siegfried's institutional abilities. Its specialized training facilities, sleeping engravings, library, prayer areas, and promotion functions improve comprehension and Holy Power gathering. Siegfried arrives with a medallion containing the necessary books and blueprints, but construction remains expensive and labor-intensive. As the territory scales, he shares command with other instructors and uses academies and Spirit Armaments rather than claiming sole credit for every promotion. (Chapters 407–408, 648, 870, 883–886)
Late battlefield command
Siegfried's late personal combat is shown primarily at army scale. He leads the temple forces head-first, coordinates Holy Power barriers against siege projectiles, storms settlement walls, and fields knights whose Spirit Armaments raise them to the peak of their Tier. The text does not name his individual attacks, confirm whether he still carries the original broadsword, or explain how his former inability to fight was overcome, so his late personal mechanics cannot be reconstructed further. (Chapter 1002)
Relationships
Michael Fang
Michael Fang begins as a Lord whom Siegfried does not yet consider worthy of the Sacred Knight legacy. Michael's investment in ordinary Summons, willingness to train without Soultraits, and openness to correction gradually earn his commitment. Siegfried becomes instructor, general, and policy adviser rather than an unquestioning subordinate, while Michael supplies the construction, resources, Spirit Armaments, and Promotion Globes that let the temple exceed Siegfried's previous expectations. (Chapters 406–423, 648–683, 883–886, 1002–1023)
Tiara, Master Tigris, and Legion
Tiara helps receive Siegfried, organizes the temple blueprints, and later shares Summoning Gate authority with him. Master Tigris and Legion are his closest recurring instructional partners. Their methods differ, but together they train the expanding Untamed Army and help produce the unusually high number of Sacred Knights. The corpus credits this collective system rather than presenting Siegfried as the only cause of the army's growth. (Chapters 408, 648, 778, 870, 886)
Sacred Knight Temple trainees
Siegfried treats Starless Summons as candidates whose fate can change through loyalty, belief, and work. He celebrates rare promotions, argues for affordable advancement opportunities, and threatens to handle anyone who abuses Michael's generosity. In return, the trainees become a disciplined army that follows him into the Fae Union war. Their success gives his resurrected life a purpose beyond restoring his own lost combat reputation. (Chapters 417–423, 883–886, 1002, 1023)
Items
Sacred Knight archive medallion
The Will supplies Siegfried with a small storage medallion containing tens of thousands of books and hundreds of blueprints needed to reconstruct the Sacred Knight Temple. Siegfried hands it to Michael immediately, making the territory rather than himself the practical custodian of the archive. The medallion has no generated item page because the corpus does not continue tracking it as an independent notable object. (Chapters 407–408)
Aethyr and Spirit Armaments
Siegfried never owns Aethyr, but his history with genuine Aether lets him explain its forms, growth, enchantment slots, and danger to Michael. His own Aether made him a target and contributed to his death. Later, the knights he commands use mass-produced Spirit Armaments, equipment designed for Summons who lack War Runes; these are standardized military gear rather than one uniquely named possession. (Chapters 513, 1002, 1073)
