Orion
Orion is Lux’s fourth Named Creature, first created as a Rock Golem and titled the Revenger. Built to compel enemies into direct confrontation and survive punishment, he develops from Leaf Village’s towering shield into an Ancient Adamantine Golem commanding a legion during the final war. (Chapters 165, 778, 1205)
Biography
Awakening and Leaf Village
Lux creates and names Orion while Leaf Village is threatened by a Mutated Thunder Wolf King. The new four-meter golem repeatedly pressures the boss, cancels dangerous attacks through forced duels, and delivers the finishing Gaia Smash. Naming grants Orion permanent loyalty and the capacity to evolve, establishing a relationship in which his willingness to take damage protects both Lux and less durable allies rather than serving as disposable stone armor. (Chapters 165, 183, 185)
Orion’s defensive judgment soon extends beyond simple obedience. During the simulated city battle, Lux positions him beneath defensive lines for an ambush, then uses his Duel ability to drag a Flying Tiger down and interrupt threats. Orion also catches Lux after an explosion destroys part of the rampart. When Lux dies in the simulation, Orion disintegrates with the other summons, demonstrating the fundamental limit beneath his toughness: his continued manifestation remains tied to his master. (Chapters 210, 212, 214, 216)
The rescue from the Abyss and the final war
By the Abyss rescue, Orion has grown into a ten-meter juggernaut who clears a route through enemy forces so Lux and James can reach the next portal. In the final war he stands just below the army’s greatest powerhouses, merges with Deus Gigantia, and later commands more than one hundred thousand golems as the Alliance’s vanguard. His function remains consistent but expands in scale: absorb pressure, break formations, and create room for allies to act. (Chapters 1162, 1187, 1188, 1205)
In the last confrontation with Daniel, Orion merges into Lux alongside the other principal summons. What he contributes is identified specifically as endurance, distinct from Pazuzu’s defense, while the merged group also multiplies the coercive effect of Duel. Orion’s development therefore culminates not merely in a larger body, but in Lux internalizing the persistence and enemy-control role Orion had embodied since Leaf Village. (Chapter 1219)
Appearance and personality
Orion begins as a four-meter Rock Golem, later becomes a Jade Golem, and ultimately evolves into an Ancient Adamantine Golem approximately ten meters tall. He communicates mostly through roars, terse declarations, and action. His defining traits are unwavering loyalty, directness, and persistence: he does not avoid punishment, because struggle and accumulated defeats literally strengthen his combat identity. (Chapters 165, 296, 778, 1162)
Abilities and skills
Orion’s original kit combines earth-elemental attacks—Earthshaker, Rock Throw, Jackhammer, Stomp, Rampage, and Gaia Smash—with Stone Skin, Enhanced Fortitude, Earth Walker, and equipment use. Duel [EX] forces a selected opponent to engage him and can interrupt a skill already being prepared, making Orion both a tank and a control unit. It does not make him invulnerable: bosses kill him repeatedly, and Lux must wait before resummoning him. (Chapters 165, 231, 263, 292)
The Revenger title raises his damage as his health falls, reaching a two-hundred-percent increase near critical health. If an enemy kills him, that creature—or a similar monster—enters his Revenge List, granting a two-hundred-percent all-stat bonus on the next encounter, with further deaths adding stacking bonuses. Evolution eventually gives him the scale to form a Golem Legion, yet his final strength still operates through Lux’s summoning and merger system rather than independent immortality. (Chapters 165, 778, 1205, 1219)

- Sion: Orion fights beside Agartha’s Juggernaut at the head of the Alliance, their combined advance supported by Orion’s Golem Legion. (Chapter 1205)
