Felicia is the Queen of the Xeno Kingdom, wife of King Victor, and mother of Aina and Colette. Kind in manner but decisive within the household, she mediates the royal family’s response to Lux and identifies political dangers that others overlook.

The Divine Army reckoning

Felicia first eases tension between Victor and Lux after the Beast Tide, then raises the family rule requiring unanimous approval of a child’s marriage. When Lux returns with Aina and asks for permission to marry her, Felicia silences Victor’s hostility and questions both partners directly. She does not grant an impulsive answer, but privately advises her husband to respect Aina’s choice and view Lux’s potential as a strategic asset.
