Piao Hong
Piao Hong is a DreamNet Guardian and god-ranked pilot who recruits the Four Divine Monarchs for a public team competition. Born in the Western Alliance but serving DreamNet as an independent institution, she uses the event to inspire new pilots and prepare public morale for an alien threat that DreamNet's calculations indicate may reach human space. The familiar name Piao Piao is used by Hua Li for the same woman. (Chapters 116–122)
Biography
Warning and public competition
Piao Hong first appears as the sole spectator willing to pay the extraordinary fee for Zeus and Poseidon's private Dreamburg match. After the deliberately unserious finish denies her the display she expected, she turns Lan Jue's request for fantascia genetica into a negotiation: DreamNet will supply the rare medicine if the Four Divine Monarchs accept a public God-Team challenge. She argues that the spectacle must awaken young pilots rather than merely entertain them, then reveals her Guardian authority to establish that the request comes from DreamNet's independent protectors. (Chapters 116–117)
Her real leverage is information rather than force. Piao Hong discloses the Northern expedition's encounter with powerful extraterrestrial life and DreamNet's calculated likelihood that the creatures will move toward humanity, making a future war plausible. She presses for a quick decision but allows the Monarchs to consider the personal cost of exposing their techniques. When they accept for humanity's sake, she bows, provides two decoctions instead of one, begins publicity, and agrees to use DreamNet's resources to trace a woman for Lan Jue. Chapter 289 confirms through the Clairvoyant that her earlier warning was true, but Piao Hong is not personally present there and receives no later individual fate. (Chapters 118, 121–122, and 289)
Appearance and personality
Piao Hong's visible DreamNet form is a tall woman in a flame-red robe, with fiery hair, a red mask, and an aura that resembles both flame and fresh blood. Because these scenes occur inside DreamNet, the corpus establishes this as her virtual appearance rather than a verified description of her physical body outside the network. (Chapters 116–118)
She is curt, guarded, persuasive, and intensely purposeful. Piao Hong refuses to sell a secret medicine before she can verify Zeus's identity, yet readily offers it when a larger protective objective is served. Her presentation grows openly emotional when she explains the need to inspire pilots, and she treats the Monarchs' agreement with unusual humility despite her institutional authority. (Chapters 117–122)
Disciplines and abilities
Piao Hong is explicitly identified as a god-ranked mecha pilot, but the corpus never shows her piloting a machine or names her Discipline. Her shifting red aura and disappearance occur in DreamNet and therefore do not establish corresponding physical-world powers. No combat style, Adept rank, or personal mecha can be assigned from the supplied chapters. (Chapters 116–122)
As a Guardian, she can invoke a DreamNet authentication display, speak for its protective administration, arrange a major public competition, provide valuable fantascia genetica, and accept an information search using the network's resources. These are demonstrated privileges of her office, not evidence that she personally controls all DreamNet systems. (Chapters 117 and 121–122)

Items
No separately cataloged notable items are associated with Piao Hong. The fantascia genetica she supplies is payment administered through DreamNet rather than a cataloged personal possession.
