Le Ziqian

Le Ziqian, also rendered Le Zi Qian, is a prominent young researcher and administrator at National Eastern University. At age thirty-five he directs its Research and Development Department, serves as deputy director of Mecha Construction and Maintenance studies, and selects NEU’s student team for the academic portion of the Lir University exchange.
