Yamazaki Jinichi
Biography
Calamity in the East Ocean Continent
Yamazaki Jinichi arrives to stop a crowd from rushing Ling Chen, confident that his reputation as Japan’s Blade Emperor makes him the proper opponent. Ling instead uses the “I’m a Sheep” Feng Chen Curse, forcing Yamazaki to behave like livestock while remaining conscious of the humiliation. When the curse ends, Yamazaki attacks in a rage, abandons his usual discipline, and is killed instantly by Moment of Elegance. The virtual death is temporary, but his public prestige is shattered. (Chapters 410–412)
Appearance and personality
Yamazaki is about forty, tall, strongly built, and dressed entirely in white equipment, with pale skin, black hair, and a cold, swordlike gaze. He is accustomed to worship and initially treats Ling as beneath him. Public humiliation destroys that composure, leaving him furious and tactically reckless. (Chapters 410–412)
Abilities and powers
Known as the Blade Emperor, Yamazaki has defended his position among Japan’s leading players for years and fights with a daito alongside a large white tiger battle pet. The confrontation establishes clear limits: he cannot resist Ling’s Feng Chen Curse, and even at his best the speed of Moment of Elegance would be difficult for him to evade. (Chapters 410–412)
Relationships
- Ling Chen turns Yamazaki’s national prestige against him, curses him before the watching world, and kills him when he attacks without restraint. (Chapters 410–412)
- Heavenly Blade is the guild Yamazaki leads and part of the public authority attached to his Blade Emperor title. (Chapters 410–412)
Items
Yamazaki fights with a daito and rides a powerful white horse before summoning a large white tiger. None of this equipment is assigned a separate item article, and the corpus does not provide a unique name or detailed mechanics for his blade. (Chapters 410–412)
